This charming holiday home in the hills above Bol on the island of Brac is a true retreat for those seeking peace and nature lovers. Nestled in a fragrant olive grove, it offers a dreamlike view of the sea and the neighbouring island of Hvar. The rustic country-style house combines traditional elements with modern comfort, creating a perfect balance between cosiness and functionality.



The accommodation has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and offers space for up to four people – ideal for families with children or couples seeking privacy and relaxation. In the open living and dining area with a well-equipped kitchen, one can relax just as easily as on the large terrace with sea view, barbecue area and cosy Hollywood swing. Sun loungers and a small garden area invite you to enjoy the Dalmatian sun or spend mild evenings with a glass of wine under the starry sky.



The equipment includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, washing machine and private parking directly at the house. On the enclosed property, there is also a small pool and a swing for children available. Pets are welcome, for which a fee may be charged.



The house is located quietly and secluded, only about 500 metres from the sea and the famous beach Zlatni Rat (Golden Horn). You can reach the centre of Bol with restaurants, cafés, shopping opportunities and the promenade in around 15 to 20 minutes on foot. In the surrounding area, numerous leisure activities such as swimming, diving, windsurfing, boat trips, cycling or hiking are available.
