Our neighbourhood is quiet, comfortable, and safe, located just a 10-minute drive from Jolly Beach Resort and about 20 minutes from the capital, St. John’s.
It’s a peaceful rural setting with beautiful skyline views of Jolly Harbour Resort the perfect blend of countryside calm and coastal convenience.

The house was built in 2004 and reflects a true Caribbean style with a British twist even the plug sockets are British, making it easy for UK visitors to feel right at home.

Inside, you’ll find a classic old-style décor with small updates being made over time. It’s full of charm and character — ideal for an Antigua family reunion or a peaceful Caribbean retreat.

The views are absolutely breath taking, especially at sunrise and sunset.

🚗 Access & Transport
The property sits off a dirt track, so a car is highly recommended.
If you enjoy hiking, you’ll love our hill — it’s great for a morning walk with scenic views.

🚌 Public Transport
Local buses run reliably every 10 minutes from town, but for freedom and comfort, we recommend hiring a car.

🐐 Local Charm
Our friendly neighbour has goats, and occasionally they wander into the yard to graze on the grass a true taste of island life!

💧 Water Supply
We have a large well beneath the house, providing water throughout your stay.
If the water happens to run out, guests are responsible for refilling the tank before departure, a simple and common practice in Antigua.

Guest access
🔑 Guest Access & Check-In

When you arrive, our neighbour will greet you as you pass his house and open the door for you. He’ll then leave the keys on the table inside.

If he’s not available when you arrive, the keys will be stored securely, and we’ll provide the location before check-in.

Jolly Harbour beach a ten minute drive.
It is a resort village on the west coast of the Caribbean island of Antigua. The Jolly Harbour Marina is home to shops, restaurants and boat services. Sandy beaches nearby include Jolly Beach, Ffryes Beach and Valley Church Beach. The Jolly Harbour Golf Club has an 18-hole championship course. Inland, trails in Greencastle Hill National Park pass volcanic rock formations and offer sweeping island views.
