Der Wellnessbereich ist grundsätzlich schön, leider ist der Pool-/Schwimmbereich nicht vom Saunabereich getrennt, weshalb der Lautstärkepegel sowohl im Saunabereich als auch im Ruhebereich regelmäßig hoch war. Auch die Glastür zum Ruhebereich hilft hier nicht. Ebenfalls lief im Ruhebereich dauerhaft Musik, zwar relativ leise, aber dennoch meiner Meinung nach etwas störend. "Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer sind sauber und macht einen sehr familienfreundlichen Eindruck. Als größerer Mensch jedoch nur bedingt empfehlenswert (niedrige Deckenhöhe), Dusche/Bad renovierungsbedürftig. Halbpension war gut und abwechslungsreich aber z. B. war der Salz- und Pfefferstreuer sehr klebrig."

"Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"

"Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig außerhalb des Ortes. Im letzten Jahr sind zwei neue Außen-Pools hinzugekommen. Außerdem kam am Naturteich das Haus am See mit Saunen und einem kleinen Servicebereich hinzu, wo man am Nachmittag Kleinigkeiten essen kann. Die finnische Sauna hätte etwas größer sein können, da sie im Gegensatz zu Dampfbad, Kräuterstube und Infrarotkabine natürlich am meisten genutzt wird. "Hotel, room, and restaurants were great. The spa was disappointing. We booked two deep tissue massages for my wife and I, which were specifically confirmed as such prior to booking them. The massages were superficial and could be considered a relaxation massage at best. We both asked the masseuse to apply more pressure, but they must have not been very experienced because they did were not receptive. When a hotel advertises specific types of services, they should be able to deliver and this...

"the quality of the hotel is fantastic. the food is excellent. the rooms have a magnificent view. the gym is incredible and the tranquility of the place too! there is a small discotheque in the evening with good music and a bar, very clever because the hotel is quite isolated. in short we really appreciated the place and all the staff very kind and welcoming! we will definitely come back!!"
