A different B and B

This is a little different than most accommodations. There are three suites, only 1 which has a en suite bath, the deluxe. The other share an external bath. The host, Carlo was terrific, v knowledgable. Breakfast was more than adequate, he even had a torte that he made one morning. We came to Bologna to visit the Morandi Museum which was less than a 10 minute walk. Actually if you like to walk, most sights are approx 25 minutes away or less. Bologna is a great city to visit and this guest site is a good departure from nameless hotels.

Disturbing

We were not permitted entry and waited outside on the pavement in the rain while the owner 'called Expedia'. Although we made clear when we booked 10 weeks previously that we would be departing at 4:40am to go to the airport, the owner was very volatile and said we cannot do that. The good news is that he walked us to a hotel and paid for us to stay there.

Great little place in walking distance

We enjoyed our 4 night stay here, Carlo the host was very friendly and accommodating. We were unexpectedly late upon arrival around 22:00 and were having troubles finding the place. We called Carlo and he guided us and even met us down on the street. We always had a warm welcome coming in and out.

찾기가 쉽지 않아요. 주변분의 도움이 없으면 .... 호텔을 기대하면 안되구요. 편안한 가정집 분위기였습니다. 주인분이 친절해서 시설은 불편해도 나쁘게 평가하고 쉽지 않은 곳입니다.

숙박하기엔 무리 없는듯~~

볼로냐역에서 가까운 편임. 주소로 찾아가다보면 도로변 사거리 기둥에 거리이름이 나옴. 거기서부터 번지수로 찾으면 아파트가 나옴. 그래야 빨리 찾을수있슴. 카를로씨가 집에없어서 아파트 현관에서 집안으로 들어가는데 오래걸림. 가족중에 영어를 할줄아는사람은 카를로씨 뿐임. 집안은 어수선함. 그래도 숙소로 쓰는방은 정리가 잘되어 있어서 그나마 다행. 조식은 평범한 편. 저녁식사로 소개해준 식당은 좋았슴. 카를로씨는 친절하고 조용함. 볼로냐의 평범한 가정집을 연상했지만 넘 집안이 어수선해서 좀 실망함. 3성급 호텔보단 넓은방. 청결해보이는 시트. 뭐 그정도...

可愛らしい老夫婦が経営されているベッドアンドブレックファストです。駅からワンブロック、歩いて5分以内の近場でしたので、ボローニャから電車を利用して行かれる方にとても便利だと思います。 宿は相当広く、ホームステイをしているような感じでした。 質問やお願いをするとすぐに対応してもらえて嬉しかったです。^_^ フライトが早朝6時でしたので、朝食は不要な旨を伝えると、お腹が減るだろうからと前の晩からクロワッサンを持たせてくれました。また、タクシーの手配もして下さいました。 またボローニャに行く機会があればこちらに滞在したいと思います！

Great stay but not long enough.

Carlo was a great host and the place was just as advertised. Very comfortable and clean. We would stay there again if in Bologna. He provided a wonderful breakfast and was very obliging to us. Kept our bags while we explored Bologna and it is so central plus right across the street from the Central Railroad Station. Could not have been better.

On the third floor of the condominium, spacious

We had a very lovely stay in the condominium. Well indicated and prima organised by the owner. It is a very spacious appartment on the 3th floor, our bedroom was with a view on the inner square, the window has a rollershutter which is ideal for a good nightrest. Ideal to visit downtown Bologna on foot, near the trainstation and car rental service offices.

Good location 5 mins walk from station

The owner was very friendly and helpful so it was a delght staying there. The 15 min. walk along Via Independence to the centre is well worth taking.

Excellent place and location

Excellent location near railway station and old town. Big and spacious room, charming and service minded host. Good breakfast. Very good wfi. Reminded me of my childhood with my grandparents... (and I am almost 50 myself). I would definitely book here again.

B & B in Bologna

A bit hard to find even with the address because it is in an apartment complex. Fortunately just as I arrived with the cab the owner also happened to be there and that worked out great. Once I knew where it was it was easy. Location is super! One street over from the train station. Easy walking distance to all the great sights in Bologna. Great restaurants in walking distance. The owner was super and everything was organized well. The room was great. I definitely recommend it and would stay there again. Had a great time and everyone was helpful and efficient.

O quarto é razoavelmente grande. As instalações sanitárias são modernas. Toalhas trocadas diariamente e roupa de cama a cada três dias. O enxoval do quarto é todo novo. Os móveis são antigos. Falta um espelho! O wifi é muito falho no quarto. Café da manhã, sentimos falta de queijo! Não tem frigobar. Não tivemos acesso à geladeira. Ótima localização.
