Pretty Good Option

It was a nice place to sleep. WiFi was iffy and I had trouble communicating with the front desk sometimes but over all the stay was a pleasant one.

Very cozy guest house, Marco the owner is a very talented multilingual man, he explained in detail how everything worked. The property is close to the historic center, lots of places to eat near by and also fairly close to the main train station. The room was very cleaned. Highly recommended.

Sehr einfach, aber alles da, was man braucht. Das Hotel ist supergünstig, was mich zunächst fast etwas stutzig machte, aber ich fühlte mich wohl. Ich würde das Hotel sofort wieder buchen!

A flat on the edge of Bologna centre

Whilst the flat is a bit of a walk from the aerobus stops in town or train station, the city is fairly compact for tourists; I had a suitcase with me. PLEASE NOTE their office is closed in the afternoon unless you arrange otherwise directly - I overlooked this......... - it meant I had to go to a "local" restaurant to pass the time but I had a list of recommended ones to choose from ;p Marco was very helpful in explaining the accommodation - he showed me into the flat & offered to carry my luggage! - the check out process, how to use the gas cooker to make proper coffee if you want, where the local supermarkets are e.g. COOP is opposite, leaving luggage on check-out etc.

Very clean, nice and friendly guy, and close to everything. Less than 20 minutes walk to the train station and close to city center. Two things: 1. NO AIR CONDITIONER. So if you are an AC freak, this is not a place for you. 2. I wish they had a small microwave oven in the room or somewhare around, perhaps in the hallway, at some common area.

Location is good. Room was good. The issue we had was that during the day the heating was off and when we could come after a day out the room was freezing Every evening instead if relaxing we were hiding under the blankets We wanted to to tell the guy in the reception but when we went to talk to him he wasn't there At around 11at night the room started to get warm, very anoying if you arrive around 8 to the room after a day outside Shower was big but the Watter pressure very bad. Water was warm but not always hot I would stay in this hotel only when the weather is warm and no need for heating

房東人很好很親切，附近交通很便利，從機場到旅館很方便，附近有超市可以買必需品。 要注意的是四點之後才能入住，提前到的話要注意，房東一點到四點不在辦公室。 衛浴用品需自己帶，選共用廁所的房間的話，不能把自己的衛浴用品放在廁所。 最要注意的是，房間隔音很不好，完全聽的到隔壁和樓上的聲音。有像我一樣要安靜的人，建議帶耳塞。 還有房間有小冰箱，需要可以插電使用，想要喝水，記得到對面的超市去買。

Pur pensando di trovare una guesthouse anni 80

È invece una struttura pulita e adeguata al prezzo camera. A due passi dalla stazione quindi in posizione perfetta per chi vi soggiorna per lavoro e utilizza i mezzi per spostarsi.Personale gentile e disponibile che non guasta.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war nicht in Ordnung. Es gab kein Frühstück, obwohl die Unterkunft im Internet als Bed and Breakfast angegeben war. Wir hatten keine Küche, um selbst zu kochen und als Küchenausstattung neben einem Teller pro Person lediglich EIN Messer. Die Sauberkeit war gut und es gab einen Kühlschrank, aber der Preis war für diese Leistungen eindeutig zu hoch.

Heel erg mwah

Heel vriendelijk ontvangen met de verrassing dat ik ipv een eenpersoonskamer een tweepersoonskamer kreeg. Maar ik keek uit op een binnenplaats met vlakbij een nogal luidruchtige afzuiginstallatie van een restaurant. Ook met de ramen dicht was deze nogal aanwezeg. Gelukkig ging de installatie pas s,avonds aan en rond half 11 ook weer uit. Chinees restaurant was op maandag dicht :een verademing. De eerste nacht trof ik op de badkamervloer groen doorzichtige insecten aan. En naar een paar nachten heb ik daar dan melding van gemaakt. Er zou met een gif gespoten worden. Kritisch geworden hierdoor dacht ik dat het mischien toch ook handig zou zijn de kieren en gaatjes waartussen de beestjes zich overdag schuilhouden s goed dicht te kitten.werkt beter dan gif. En de beestjes kwamen dan ook terug. Kamer was stoffig. Op de stortbak van de wc zag je precies tot waar de schoonmaak met de natte doek was geweest..wc bril was door de jaren heen ietsje gelig geworden. De randen van de douchkabine grauw. Ik was blij met mij koelkastje, maar deze kon behoorlijk lawaai maken. Zowieso geen rustige omgeving maar wel lekker dichtbij t centrum en twee supermarkten. Tja zo goedkoop was de kamer nou ook weer niet geweest t had beter gemoeten...

Отель бюджетный без претензий, но вполне удобный. Офис находится в том же здании, вывески с названием нет, что несколько обескураживает. Думаю лучше заранее сообщить время своего приезда. Расположен с краю исторического центра, в 20 минутах пешком от вокзала. Рядом есть супермаркеты. В нашем номере была большая комната, коридорчик со столом и холодильником и ванная. Mr Marco был весьма дружелюбен.

A nice hotel in a great location

I arrived on a Saturday afternoon and was met by the manager, who quickly checked me in, offered me some water and then showed me the room. I stayed seven nights and had no problems.
