Good but a little overpriced

We spent 5 nights here and it was a good stay overall but looking at the amenities provided, it felt we paid a bit more than what should have been the case for this kind of hotel especially since it is not that centrally located.

Easy access into bologna city center, about a 10 minute drive. Buses just outside hotel.Room was clean although hallway carpets could use a good cleaning.

Nice place, but a little but out if the way. Once I figured out the bus transport it was fine. Oh and be careful which unahotels you book. I ended up at the wrong one and had to taxi to the other one.

Awful conditions in twin rooms for 2 people

The hotel don't have conditions in the twin rooms.Beds are very near to each other and very small. I hat to slep in a bed using the night stand to put the pillow and my head. We've asked to the hotel to help find a solution, and they were arrogant, not helpful, not nice! The breakfast didn't had many choices. Identifying plates were in the wrong places...but the rest was ok.

Awful receptionist

Checking in the receptionist could not find my booking. After a while trying to find it and I provided the booking confirmation number she was able to find it. When I asked her what was the issue she replied rudely “You have too many names”. Making me feel I had done something wrong even though the booking name was exactly written as in my passport which she was holding. It was not a warm welcoming reception as it felt bigoted against Spaniards, Mexicans and other cultures with more than 1 name and surname. Things didn’t improve after that as I told her that I had exactly the right number of names and she replied “ok, whatever you say”. I didn’t escalate from there because we had to start working and she was taking already too long to check us in. I find hard to believe my experience to be an isolated one and it has left me with such a bad feeling about that trip that will never go back to any UNA hotel.

Basic, neither good or bad

This hotel is an average 4 star hotel. If you are business traveler, it is fine, as a tourist, the area has nothing to offer. Breakfast was good, service by waitress Nicole was amazing she was lovely, the rest of the staff, was always in a corner, talking, you had to go ask for what you wanted. No luggage cart, so it was hard takibg all bags to the room Carpet in hallways and in rooms feels dirty. Great Single use amenities , *in a junior suite, coffe maker but only ONE little bottle of water complimentary on a 3 night stay. Nothing bad about the hotel but nothing special either .
