The 80m² apartment is new, spacious and pleasant with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located on the top floor of the residence "le petit poucet" in the middle of a private pine wood. A private parking lot and a room in the cellar allows you to put skis or bikes.
The apartment consists on the first floor of a bedroom for 2 people with double bed, a living room dining room, a kitchen, a shower room WC, laundry room and multiple storage spaces. The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a hob, a microwave.
The laundry room has a washing machine and dryer.
A WIFI box is available in the living room.
In the living room, the sofa bed can accommodate 2 people.

On the 1st floor, 1 bedroom for 2 people with double bed and 1 single bed, 1 bedroom for 2 people with 2 small beds and a bathroom with toilet.
Duvets and pillows are available for the 9 beds.

End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory (100 €)
We offer optional household linen (sheets + towels) for 25 euros per person.

A garage for 1 car (without electricity) near the residence is available.

From the apartment, you will have a 360° view of the Cerdanya plateau and the Cambre d'Aze cirque (View from the living room window). Positioned on the heights of Bolquère, you will have all the shops less than 300m away (Casino, pharmacy, doctor, bakery, press...). The ski lifts at 1km and the Ticou pond at 300m. From the residence many marked trails operate mountain biking and snowshoeing in winter towards the Plat de Barrés.
The resort of Font-Romeu is twinned with that of Pyrénées 2000 and the town of Font-Romeu is less than 3 km from the apartment.
