The house is located directly between the Mittelpromenade and the Ostseeallee. The high-quality equipped open kitchen, the dining area and the upholstered suite form the three centers of the spacious living area. The sofa is extendable and suitable as a place to sleep for another guest. The two bedrooms each have a comfortable double bed. Facilities include a travel cot and a high chair. In the comfortable shower room, a washing machine can be used. Wi-Fi is available and can be used gladly. Special features There is a WLAN connection in the apartment. For breakfast, for example, recommend the various bakeries in the immediate vicinity. It's best to book the firm underground parking space for your car (3, - € / night). Information about the bicycles & carts Dear guests, please understand that we have no liability for the buggies provided. Cost of upcoming repairs or Costs for borrowing replacement devices can take over, if the devices are defective, you do not agree or not available at the moment. The wagon is offered as a bonus and if something breaks, we need at least a week to fix the damage or even to get a replacement. b> Booking information The price is for the occupancy of two persons incl. Utilities. Each additional person € 10.00 per night incl. Bedding. Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked for € 9.00 per set.  The settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. The spa tax is for all persons over 16 years in the period 01. 05. - 30. 09. of each year 2.10 Euro per person day, reduced from 50% disability 1.00 Euro and in the period from 01. 10 - 30. 04. of each year 1.50 euros per person day, reduced from 50% disability 0.70 euros.
