"When you book on Expedia you are not treated the same as you book directly. Do not rebook spa services because if you want to cancel they don’t allow it. The security told me my mother and 16 year old daughter if we left the stray dog at the resort they would kill it so I loaded it onto golf cart and took to ferry. I did address with night manager and they said they wouldn’t kill the dog but who knows. Security walks around with a club and is very intimidating. The beach itself was murky and so we did not swim in in the ocean next to the resort. Everything closes down around 9 pm at resort. We went to El Ben twice. The food was superb. We had so much fun with wanderlust tours going out on water and at bliss beach which is about a mile away. Overall I am not sure I would stay here again. "

"We booked this property expecting an “entire home,” but the layout and access were very different from what we anticipated from the listing. The rental is actually the upper level of a multi-level structure, and the main entrance requires walking along a narrow side pathway and climbing exterior stairs to reach the living area. This made the property very difficult to access and did not work for a member of our group with mobility limitations.Future guests should also be aware that the lower level of the building is a separate apartment that may be rented to other guests at the same time. Because of this setup, the property does not feel like a standalone private home, and there may be other people staying in the same structure during your stay.Because of the access and layout issues, we were unable to stay for our planned trip and had to leave earlier than expected. We were very disappointed that these details were not clearly disclosed in the listing, as they significantly affected our ability to use the property as planned.Guests expecting a fully private house or easy access should review the setup very carefully before booking.The neighbors who live next door with the bar also manage the property and are lovely. We enjoyed them!"

"We enjoyed our stay at Pristine Cove. The house was exactly as described. There really are two kitchens, one upstairs and one downstairs. It really is 4 miles from town. And the pool really is amazing!Esther at pelican reef management was very helpful and responsive. The groundskeeper even opened a coconut for us to enjoy the fresh meat and water.I highly recommend booking excursions through pelican reef. The provider they booked us with did an outstanding job on both our land and see excursions."
