  • Villa under construction with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large terraces, large pool + attached chalet
    1.3 km from the city center and a few km from the most beautiful beaches of Corsica, this beautiful detached villa will allow you to rest from the tumult and excitement of the center.
    On a plot of olive trees and oaks, you can choose between a nap on a hammock, refresh yourself in the pool of 3m50x9 m or enjoy a sunbath on the large terrace.
    The port of Bonifacio is just downhill, 20 minutes walk, with restaurants, lively bars and beautiful walks admiring the beautiful boats moored.
    In the villa, you will find all the necessary to spend a pleasant stay with family or friends, equipped kitchen, air-conditioned living room with hifi tv, board games ...
    The stay is from Saturday to Saturday and stays of 14 days will have priority access.

Simplicité et tranquillité

Séjour paisible, maison joliment décoré et bien équipé. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires. Nous avons apprécié la piscine pour se rafraîchir lors des journées chaudes. Le seul bémol est l’accès à la maison qui est restreint (route à double sens mais une seule voiture peut circuler) et avec un 4x4 c’est épique!

Vacances avec la famille et les amis!

On a passé une dizaine de jour dans cette merveilleuse maison, quand on a eu des soucis tout de suite la conciergerie nous a répondu et trouvé une solution. On a pu profiter pleinement de la cuisine extérieure, le jardin pour nos toutous et la piscine pour tout le monde! La pétanque ça été une touche pour les adultes pendant que le bébé faisait sa sieste! Super conseillé surtout parce que chacun avait son intimité! Merci les services de conciergerie! Super organisé!

Nous avons passé des journées magnifiques dans cette belle villa, très bien localisée. L'espace extérieur est très agréable et bien aménagé. La maison est calme et spacieuse à 5m en voiture du port. Un super endroit pour passer les vacances.

Au calme, proche de toutes les commodités de Bonifacio. Piscine agréable, et jardin ombragé Parfait pour 2 couples et des enfants. Salon et cuisine très agréables et bien fournis.

Jolie villa au calme

Très bel endroit, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. Tout est beau et bien pensé. La maison , la piscine les extérieurs tout était très bien. Si nous pouvions donner un conseil nous sommes partis à 12, 3 familles (2adultes ,2enfants) il manquerait un véritable lit dans la petite maison (pieds+sommier) pour un tout confort. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Petit conseil aux prochains vacanciers pensez à la citronnelle beaucoup de moustiques.

Très belle maison !

Très belle propriété avec une jolie piscine sur les hauteurs de Bonifacio, au calme, bénéficiant d’un accès direct au centre ville. Maison charmante et très fonctionnelle, pour un groupe de 10 dont 6 enfants. Plusieurs endroits pour passer de bon moments entre amis. Nous avons adoré notre séjour !

Super emplacement pour profiter de Bonifacio et des plages à proximité

Maison et grand terrain avec piscine très bien situés sans promiscuité avec les voisins, déco très sympa et confort au rendez-vous (avec plancha, BBQ etc..) . La petite maison et surtout la treille ont été très appréciés pour prendre le petit dej à l'ombre ! Seul bémol les odeurs assez fréquentes de la fosse septique et dans les salles de bains (malgré intervention). Attention à la terrasse extérieure en pierre très salissante en cas d'humidité et un parasol insuffisant pour s'abriter du soleil côté espace déjeuner extérieur, sinon tout au top !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Belle piscine avec superbe jardin paysagé (à terminer) Interieur du logement très cosy et meublé avec goût. (Quelques finitions à prévoir) Petit bémol, le réseau 4G passe très mal et wifi inexistant.

Super séjour !!

Nous avons réservé la maison pour 9 amis. Nous avons eu une maison très propre, jolie et très optimale. Tout le monde y a trouvé son bonheur. Les chambres sont toutes très bien (2 doubles dans la première maison et 1 chambre avec lits superposés). Nous avons également été ravi de profiter de la piscine douce salée, qui était vraiment a super température. Le terrain de pétanque au fond du jardin est parfait et à permis de nombreux tournois. Cependant certains mauvais joueurs diront qu’il n’était pas homologué 😉 Merci aussi à la famille de nous avoir tenu au courant de l’avancée des travaux de la maison et à Thomas et Jean pour leur accueil. La maison a vraiment a été un plus dans notre séjour à Bonifacio!! Nous reviendrons!!

Parfait

Malgré le manque de réseau a notre arrivée ( tout de même bénéfique à une totale déconnexion), tout etait parfait. Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances en famille. La piscine a ravi tout le monde pour se rafraichir tout zu long de la journée. Tout le monde petits et grands etait aux anges ! Merci à Thomas et son collègue pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse.
