Our beautiful Bonita Beach community continues to recover from recent hurricanes, and while some areas of the complex are still being refreshed, the beaches are once again stunning and easily accessible just across the street. The Gulf sparkles, the sunsets are spectacular, and the relaxed coastal atmosphere is very much alive.

Some restoration work is ongoing in the buildings, grounds and atriums, so occasional daytime construction noise is possible. Tennis courts remain closed at this time, though two temporary pickleball courts are available for guests.

Located in highly desirable Building One - closest to the beach access - you are ready to to just walk across the street to the warm sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico! Enjoy sunbathing, beautiful sunsets, swimming in the Gulf, parasailing, jet skiing or enjoying a beach side lunch at the one of the local's favorites, Docs Restaurant. This property is approximately 23 miles from RSW International Airport. This 5-building complex is a walk across the street from Bonita Beach.

No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the condo and balcony.

Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to present a government issued picture ID, matching the name on the property is booked in, to a representative of management company or property owner within 24 hours of your check-in.
