Nice place for a business stay.

The service was very helpful. The view of the Rhine and the sauna are a bonus. The room was clean and quiet. The only issue I had was that the coffee machine in the lobby either wasn't open or working most of my stay.

A very good place to stay and in a walkable distance to all important places in town centre. A tasty breakfast, if you’re big group, get down early enough to get a nice table with a view at the Rhein river.

Ameron worked out well for a short, business-focused stay. It was close to my destination but the areas was not quite what I expected. It think this may have been due to the football fans. When I arrived, around 22:30, there were 3 very drunk men entering in the lobby and that was my sign to hurry and escape to my room. Despite this, if you are a self-sufficient traveler on a short stay this hotel can work out fine. Just be sure to check all the festures because I missed everything including free amenities like water because I didn’t find it untill too late.

Staff did not seem very happy or motivated. They were not looking to provide excellent service, just to impart information on what as possible/not possible and not ‘go the extra mile’ to create a happy customer experience. For example, the breakfast room was far too hot (multiple guests had complained of this) but senior staff were not prepared to make it cooler by opening doors/windows or turning on the air conditioning. There was no decaf coffee in the rooms and the receptionist could not provide any - this is a basic requirement in hotels. The receptionist offered to provide us with a phone number to order some ourselves! Unglaublich. The only two people who went out of their way to be helpful were two young members of staff, one female and one male, who looked as if they may have been new or temporary workers. The more senior staff were less helpful. The dining room was closed for an event on Friday 10/10 without warning or apology to hotel guests. This was very inconvenient.

Contacted reception and they said it would be off by 11pm had to call again at 11:10 and was told they would turn off manually. heard maintenance banging about and was off by 11:30 but room very warm. Back on at 6 and noisy again. Asked to move rooms but had to wait. Bathroom also had hairs and cobwebs. New room fine so why sell a substandard room

The hotel is located in a beautiful area overlooking the Rhine river. Sitting outdoors was a lovely touch. The hotel is on the older side and could use a bit of a refresh to bring it up to a 4 star hotel. The staff was polite, but did not go out of their way to help . Needs a bit of attention .

Die Lage am Rhein und zur Innenstadt ist hervorragend. Die Zimmer und Betten sehr gut. Wir konnten in der Tiefgarage parken und dort auch unsere Räder abstellen. Die Lage ist ideal zu Fuß in die Altstadt, dem Rheinufer mit den Schiffsableger direkt vor der Tür. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.
