Härligt hotell för ett stopp på vägen ett dyk

Mycket bra hotell i en jättetrevlig liten stad med mysigt torg. Bra säng och tyst o lugnt hotell. Perfekt för den som gillar bad då det ingår i priset att bada i närliggande badhus . Gillar man dykning finns en dyktunnel på 20 meter bredvid hotellet till extra kostnad men inte dyrt! Kan varmt rekommendera!

Alles ganz großartig. Vom unkomplizierten Check-in, über das wirklich große Zimmer mit Couch und Schreibtisch, bis hin zum empfehlenswerten Frühstück (sehr lecker und große Auswahl). Einzig der Strahl der Dusche war nicht ganz mein Fall, aber das ist Meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau.

Leider konnte das Hotel auf unsere Wünsche bzgl. Zimmerlage nicht eingehen, da EXPEDIA diese wohl nicht übermittelt hat..somit hatten wir ein Zimmer in der Ecke über der Rezeption, des externen Schwimmbadeingangs sowie genau über der Raucherecke bekommen. Wäre das Hotel aufgrund der FIBO nicht ausgebucht, hätten wir sehr wahrscheinlich tauschen können..Trotz der Lage zur Strasse konnte man nschts dad Fenster halb offen lassen, nur morgens, wenn Gäste sehr früh auscheckten evtl. schliessen. Das Frühstück war super! Der Zugang vom Hotel zum Schwimmbad, das Schwimmbad an sich und der dortige Saunabereich waren ebenfalls top. Alles in Allem würde ich das Hotel erneut buchen.

Unterkunft zum Weihnachtsmarkt

Wir waren zu Viert zum Besuch des Weihnachtsmarkt in Siegburg, sehr zu empfehlen (Mittelaltermarkt). Das Hotel liegt 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Marktplatz entfernt.

Déçu 😞

Changement de chambre dès les premières minutes, non respect des demandes. Chambre spacieuse, bon couchage, sdb fonctionnelle. Dommage que l'on ne propose pas aux clients le choix du nettoyage où pas, il faut le réclamer. Rideaux non occultant, rue très passante et passage d'avion, donc bruyant. Petit déjeuner buffet impeccable, dommage qu'il n'y ait de restaurant !!! Personnels sympa et serviable.

Mauvaise réception hôtel pas trop mal

On m’a refusé l’entrée à la piscine 40 minutes avant la fermeture en me disant qu’elle était déjà fermée, ok alors m’envoyer pas de mail avec un horaire de piscine fausse ou alors précisez qu’il faut il aller une avant la fermeture. Je le fait remarquer à la réceptionniste avec la preuve du mail mais non j’ai du mal lire. Bref je devais la déranger pendant sa communication téléphonique personnelle. Réceptionniste de mauvaise fois et pas agréable
