"The check in staff was quite rude - she made us wait another half an hour to check in without a proper explanation. "First of all it should be pointed out that the flat is in a senior citizens home. Slightly strange but unless you keep very strange hours then it's not a problem. "I love the location, it was right next to the water and around the corner from Les Halles de Bacalan - the property is owned and operated by Biltoki. I got the best coffee and croissants ever. I got one each day and a croissant right across from it. It was full of so many different types of food, bakery, cheese and coffees. This hotel is located a few moments from the Tram stop which was great. Also, a stones throw away from the Wine Museum which is a must see. What I didn't like about the hotel: 1) The air-conditioning was not great, I think they should have in each guest rooms a portable fan. Not matter how many times we adjusted the air it was not doing its job. We were there doing a heat wave in August. 2) No lotion in the bathroom, they had shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. 3) The lighting in the bathroom was great, but the room no lights in the ceiling and the lights in the room was not enough. and 4) I shared a room with my friend (female) the two twin beds were small. Please make them bigger. LOL. Overall, I would recommend this hotel, the staff was incredible but the air conditioning not working almost took me out."

"Nice hotel. Convinient. For us, as we were on a roadtrip, it was great that ir had plenty of safe parking, was close to the motorway and had some supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The room was nice and comfortable and had all we needed. I did find having a code to enter my room strange but it was fine."
