"The room was on the smaller side, but our stay was great! We loved the history of the hotel, which is why we chose to stay there. They survived the great depression and world war II. It kind of felt like we were staying in another country. We would definitely stay again. Anne served us at breakfast. She was very kind. And do not underestimate their pancakes. One is equal to 3, so light and fluffy. "

"If you want to stay somewhere private with all the amenities and a clear view of the night sky then it’s Dome House on Bear Creek! From the exterior of the house to every detail when you walk in, you might never want to leave. Not only is it a unique home but it comes with anything one needs on vacation from the hot tub, fire pit, grills, and privacy but the hosts are meticulous, caring, gracious and always very prompt when replying to their guests. The house was clean and spacious with detail paid to the smallest convenience. We have traveled a lot and this was everyone’s favorite place we have stayed. We spent 4 nights in early January and plan to return for a stay in springtime or early autumn to explore more outdoors and do some fishing as Dome House is now our destination at least once a year. The check in and check out were simple, driving directions were easy to follow and we wanted for nothing the entire stay. All five of us (2 adults, 3 children) voted and this was everyone’s favorite getaway spot. You won’t find a more gracious or accommodating host and the house is a gem you won’t find anywhere else."

"INCREDIBLE stay. We had the best time staying here. We were able to host family comfortably and our four children had plenty of room to play. Everything was clean and inviting. The downstairs is open and perfect for gathering. The home is adorable and it’s a great neighborhood and location. The front porch and hot tub were HUGE BONUSES! Host was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Couldn’t recommend more !! Thankful for wonderful memories made here !"
