Cute spot, great way to save money versus staying right on the water, and still so close you don't miss anything! Bed was comfortable which is always a plus and the staff were so nice checking us in!
My mom and I stayed in the double twin room and the beds were cozy and the AC works so well. Tiny bathroom but clean! Walking distance to downtown. It was perfect for our one night stay

They advertise as ‘Classic 50’s Motel Experience’. The place is old & it shows but it is a good for location and price in Booth Bay.

For a single traveler this place is perfect to just crash and explore the area. Walking distance to town with parking.
I was there to visit Acadia NP. It was close at 20 minutes away. The motel had free coffee and mini donuts. The morning coffee was fresh and the manager was attentive. I had no issues. There was a great seafood restaurant across the street with good Lobster. It got cold and the room heater worked well.

Clean simple room very close to everything in Boothbay Harbor, making a walkable vacation possible. Staff was very pleasant and friendly. I appreciated the towel refresh daily. I also appreciated having the community refrigerator and coffee maker available. It was nice to sit outside of the room in provided chairs as well. This is a simple place to stay with everything you need, dog friendly, too!

The staff was great! Very convient location. The room did the job. It was very small & twin size beds (which we knew going into it). There was some wear and tear in the room and didn’t necessarily FEEL clean. Bathroom was small. Would stay here again for convenience and right price
classic 1950 motel. AC was loud. Bath was minuscule and very dated. We paid over $200 a night for a $75 room. BUT everything in Booth Bay Harbor is way overpriced! Excellent location and ample parking which in BBH is a huge bonus.
Clean, quiet room. No fridge, but could use the office fridge. Shower water pressure was marginal. Easy parking. Walk to everything!! Coffee in office.
Great location and good for a couple of days. No fridge, coffee pot or mirowave in rooms. Cute decorations with storage space and very good lighting. Coffee/tea in office opens at 8AM closes at 4PM. Good hot water and comfy beds, all you need in Boothbay, you want to be out exploring.
We spent 1 night here on our travels, and it was fine for the night. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was quite small. We managed, but we are not large people. We would prefer a fridge in the room. The outside steps leading to our room were narrrow, so we needed to be cautious to land our feet when carrying our bags. The area is nice.

Do not book the room with the queen sized bed. It is too small to fit the bed, nightstand, chair and two adults. It is located behind the office as kind of an after thought & better suited for a single bed and one person. We asked to be moved and were given a king sized bed room at no extra charge, which was nice. The place is definitely dated, lacks in-room amenities like a coffee maker & mini fridge, but these things are available for community use in the office. The location is great and we were able to walk all over the Harbor to everything we wanted to do, eat good food and enjoy the friendly people.
Great location quaint and clean.we. Will stay there again!!!!!!

The room was reasonably convenient and affordable. The man in the office was quite accommodating and pleasant and he responded to my request for a 2nd blanket and provided assistance using the room key and help locating PBS NewsHour on the television. One screen in the room is detached from the bottom edge and could easily be repaired; the bathroom vinyl flooring could use a bit of sealer, but no big deal. The motel was quiet and the bed was comfortable. If I had had a car, rather than having to walk to the Boothbay Harbor Inn a short distance away where other family members were staying, there was sufficient parking at the motel. The heater and AC were functional. It's an old building that could use some additional upgrading. I live in a 126 yr old home in the Boston area that I have kept upgraded for 49 years; I understand that it can be costly and time consuming to upgrade, but I think it pays off.

This is really a motel from the 50's. Musty smell to the room with a very Tiny shower and bathroom. Room was comfortable temperature wise. Walls are thin and you can easily hear your neighbor. Parking was good and the motel is located within walking distance to several downtown shops and eateries. The checkin is at 4 which means you need to be there by 4 to have a face to face contact at check in otherwise you will need to call the number on the door to check in. Not likely a place I would stay at again.
