The hotel is in good condition, just besides road, but not noisy at all. The breakfast is basic, but with very good view of Rive Rhen The parking is free but discs is limited. We got the last one spot

Great stay

This hotel was on the banks of the Rhine and our room had a lovely view of the river. The whole hotel was clean, modern and comfortable after being recently renovated. The food in the dining room was varied and very tasty and was served as a buffet. One small improvement would be to have drink making facilities in each room. Overall a great stay

Comfy stay

I am on a bike ride and I arrived tired. I had an easy che k in my bike was secure. The room was comfy and clean. They have a good meal foe dinner and breakfast.

Reception and check-in was fast. Bike storage in the basement a bonus. Did not have the buffet dinner but breakfast was really good. Just a continental but everything was fresh, good coffee machines, fantastic fruit salad and made a croissant for later on our bike ride. Room was clean and we had a newly renovated bathroom. Didn’t need to use the fan but had window open on 3rd floor. Not far from old town and cafes etc. value for money. Recommend.

This place sold a room at 8:29 PM and check-in ends at 8 PM. So they took my money and never planned on giving me a room. Then they refused a refund. Bad business practices.

Vi havde et rigtig godt ophold, da vi havde en fantastisk udsigt med værelse lige ud til Rhinen. Værelse var pænt og rent på nær vindueskarmen. Vi syntes madrassen var noget hård. Badeværelse var pænt og rent. Vi synes at parkeringen var kaotisk, selvom vi kom lidt efter åbning for tjek ind. Vi måtte parkere ude ved vejen og fik nok den sidste plads før der stod bus, men efterfølgende fyldte også buspladsen.

De totale beleving was voldoende maar er zijn toch wel wat aan/opmerkingen. Het ontbijt was zag er goed verzorgd uit maar een aantal dingen waren toch minder. Het sinaasappelsap en de andere sappen waren lauw de de boter om op je brood te smeren was vloeibaar. Gezien de extreme temperaturen was het misschien wel logisch maar ik meen toch dat lauwe dranken in 2026 niet zouden moeten kunnen er bestaan namelijk al een klein 80 jaar koelkasten. Ik denk een slordigheidje van het leidinggevend personeel om niet een extra hoeveelheid te koelen. Je moet thuis bij een graag of dertig een glas vruchtensap naar binnen proberen te krijgen. Het is gewoon niet te nassen.(Rotterdams bargoens) voor het is niet te zuipen. Maar och we leven nog en het personeel had toch hun handen vol met een temperatuur van + 41 graden Celsius. Het enige wat wel slecht is dat als het hotel vol zit met gasten en je komt als een van de Laatste gasten aan dan moet je ergens in de buurt parkeren en bij (PW) pleuresweer is dat zeker geen pretje of als zo als mijn vrouw behoorlijk slecht ter been bent. Al met al hadden we het wel naar ons zin.

De lift was alle dagen kapot, dus drama voor de meeste oudere mensen! Inchecken duurde een uur, extreem lange wachtrij, onnodige administratie door maar één dame. Je kunt NIET of nauwelijks parkeren bij het hotel, dus wij stonden op 20 min. lopen in de stad geparkeerd (of 5 min fietsen) en moesten elke ochtend vóór 8 uur 6 euro in de parkeermeter doen voor een dagkaart. Ontbijt wel prima, maar niet erg luxe of uitgebreid.
