ASTORIA CURRENT- 2nd time

Our 2nd time in ASTORIA CURRENT, had a great stay but hopefully they could include Ecological consiousness and awareness in their Contribution to Environment Signage. I saw some of their Guests picked Star fish from the Sea and used for photo ops.

Perfectly located right on the beach near all the restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Absolutely perfect location! Staff was so friendly and helpful. Hotel and rooms were very clean. Some disrepair in the room, my room window looked at a wall and the bed could have been more comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of options. Over all very happy with my stay at Astoria Current. Couldn’t ask for a better location.

Hallways were noisy, no soundproof, so when people came back from the beach at 3am, woke everyone up. Get location, beds are comfortable, slept well. Staff are amazing and helpful Thought the buffet breakfast was more like a brunch, as soup, chicken etc are more like lunch

Has it all!

This resort has it all. It is beachfront. The breakfast buffet is wonderful and I suggest sitting on the second floor for a beach view without the hassle of locals selling things. The massage spa on site is cheaper than on the boardwalk area unlike most hotels which charge more. This makes it very convenient. I always love to workout on my holiday and the gym was in great condition. The staff is super friendly.

Astoria transfer service was very efficient and hassle free. The front desk staff, bellboys (kuya andy), room and laundry service, pool attendants were friendly, courteous and helpful. We felt safe because of the high presence of security personnel and the lifeguards by the pool. the housekeeping kept the area around the pool dry as much as possible despite the rains. The spa service was able to accommodate my 7 year old and he highly approves and recommends the full body massage. Last but not the least kudos to the restaurant staffs especially Kevin for the great service and good food.

Hotel has two nice pools, nice restaurant, great breakfast, friendly staff and clean facilities. But our room had no window so no natural light. It was in the corner at the end of a long hallway so it was echo-y and we could hear all the noise from the hallway. During our 4 days stay the door handle broke, the door blind chain broke and the fridge broke down but the hotel quickly responded and fixed it. Location (stn 3) of hotel is not central so we had to catch a ride everyday to the central area (stn 2). We purchased the transportation to and from the airport and they did an excellent job.

従業員の方が親切で目の前がサンセットの見える海岸でしたので大満足でした。園児を連れての旅行でしたが、プールには私らのほかに監視の方も居てくださったので心強く感じました。また、周辺にはゴシキエビが食せる海鮮レストラン、安価で缶ビールが買えるコンビニやマンゴやドリアンが買える果物屋さんまであったので楽しむには十分でした。また、機会があれば是非利用したいです。
