This property consists of:

- a well-equipped living room with two comfortable sofas, armchairs, coffee table, internet / wifi, TV
- a fully equipped American kitchen with oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, induction hob, kettle, Nespresso machine, toaster and everything you need for cooking. You can take your meals around the bar intended for 6 guests.
- a 1st separate bedroom on the ground floor with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, a dressing room and a bathroom with bath, shower, sink and heated towel rail
- an independent WC
- laundry
- a beautiful equipped terrace

Upstairs :
