Tired and in need of a refresh

Second time staying here spread apart by several years. They have spent some time on the front of house experience and hallways but the rooms remain tired and shabby. On the plus side, there are many more eating options now than there were a few years ago.

The room was hot and small for 4 people. The sofa bed slats broke twice. We could not manage to turn off the heat or the sound of the fan and heating and as a result had a very low quality sleep in a hot room. The rooms need updating. The toilet had a smell of urine. It was clean, but there was a smell of urine coming from somewhere. I also did not get my $10 change from the restaurant. That was my fault as I was distracted by my kids. But no one called after me to give me my change. Overall, a very poor quality stay in Novotel. The front of house reception was very nice and accommodating.

Requested a room change because AC knob was broken/ripped off. Second room had knob and flow going but blowing warm air anyways! Staying all night around 90-95F, taking 3 cold water shower and not sleeping. You will NEVER see me again

Unfortunately, the refrigerator in my room wasn’t working, and I wasn’t able to get an update on the repair. I was offered the hotel’s shared fridge instead, which didn’t feel private. This doesn’t quite meet the standard anyone expect from a four-star property.

Bilder auf der Website sind irreführend, das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und macht mehr den Eindruck einer heruntergekommen Barracke. Es hat mit dem normalen 4-Sterne Standard von Novotel rein gar nix zu tun. In den Zimmern roch es gammelig, was mit Raumdeo versucht wurde zu übertünchen. Außerdem gab es Bettwanzen. Beim Frühstück lag schimmeliges Obst im Obstkorb, was dem durchweg präsenten Service Personal entweder nicht auffiel oder egal war. Wir werden dort definitiv nicht mehr buchen.

Les espaces extérieurs boisés sont vraiment un plus très appréciables. Les dimensions de la piscine sont adaptées aux séjours en famille. Les petits déjeuners sont très bien ! Un bémol, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas très bien en cette période estivale.
