Just okay. Unfriendly staff, felt like we were bothering them while checking in. Stained linens. Office was always closed so we could not get a receipt. Book only if absoluely necessary.
We booked it for the location and playground, but will not book again.
Listing and photos say there’s a playground, coffee maker in each room and a restaurant.
I asked twice about the restaurant and menu. Was told it’s only breakfast, but no menu or suggestions of food options.
There was supposed to be coffee maker in the room but instead we had to pay $3 for a coffee from the cafe.
Room was supposed to be queen beds but it was double beds instead.
I was hoping once we arrived we could get food and let the kids play, instead we had to travel more for food and playground.
Need to update.
The beds old and hard to sleep on.

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
While our room was nice and big, it wasnt the cleanest. Under the bed had significant dust and debris. The sinks hadnt been cleaned in a while. The room was very hot and the curtainsblocked the A/C.
It was, however, very quiet. Easy parking. Nice and close to Confederation Bridge.
The bed and couch were terrible and the oven didn't work. If you want a place to just crash and leave the next morning it'll work.

The room was a basic room. Clean, beds were hard as a rock. The front desk staff, well he did not like dealing with me(female) he wanted to deal with my husband even though the reservation was in my name. The restaurant was surrounded to be opened at 7, we went at 8:30 and it was locked up. And this is the front office also.
I was disappointed that the staff went into my room did not tidy it. However they did open my windows and turned off the air-conditioning on a 30 degree day.
