"Can not say enough good thing about this hotel, so pretty and charming and the staff is amazing! Stephanie made sure our stay and needs were perfect and was so helpful helping us plan taxis and find good restaurant spots. Luigi was an excellent bartender that made our family and friends night super fun! Hotel breakfast was really good, good location, short walk to the lake and center area. "We had a great stay. Customer service was excellent and the property and the view from it are beautiful. Petro at the front desk and Alberto at the pool both gave us excellent service. Only suggestion would be to add coffee machines in the room but other then that, I would rate the experience a ten out of ten. We would definitely come back again."
