This 5-room villa offers a spacious 120 m2 area across two levels, providing a bright and comfortable atmosphere with beautiful furnishings. The main level features a large living/dining room with a TV (flat screen) and an exit leading to the terrace and swimming pool. Additionally, there is one bedroom with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and a shower. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also available on this level.

On the upper floor, you'll find three bedrooms, each with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Two of these bedrooms offer access to a terrace, while the third bedroom has a TV (flat screen). There is also a bathroom with a double hand-basin and a separate WC on this level.
