"Tried to check in at 12.30pm and were told we couldn't access our rooms until 3pm. Which is super frustrating and there wasn't even any sense of empathy or apology for it. Front desk staff were very very slow at the check in process. Front desk staff on other occasions had no urgency despite there being a queue. Why don't they act more quickly, they are on "go slow" mode? Bar staff were very nice and much more efficient. Room was nice, although no iron and ironing board. For s 4 star hotel...

Leider waren fast alle Tische reserviert, wer nicht reserviert hatte musste suchen, die reservierten Tische wurden während unseres Frühstücks nicht belegt, Tische über einen so langen Zeitraum nicht zu belegen … das sollte so einem Haus nicht passieren.
