You have access to the 5 bedrooms and the full single family home. But no access to the finished basement. Owner lives on the premises but with his own separate access.

The neighborhood is a quiet and residential area. The city of Medford is on a watch for any noise complaints or police involvement. While the neighbhors are not sensitive to noise, excessive noises with loud music and partying are noticeable and will get a response.

To ensure all guests and neighbors can enjoy themselves, quiet hours are after 10 pm, keep noise to a minimum. Please keep this in mind throughout your stay — any violation may result in cancellation without refund and reporting to the platform. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

We have 2 outdoor cameras added. The front of the property and the back of the property. There are no cameras inside the building.
We kindly remind our guests that parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited at this property. Any violation of this rule will result in an automatic fine of $750. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful and respectful environment for all residents and neighbors.
