Welcoming 7 room house <15 miles to Boston, Salem & Casino

We have a large kitchen (w/s.s. appliances & all the appliances you’d need), sun room, dining room, flat screen TVs in the living room & finished basement, high speed wi-fi & laundry. Lots of windows make it bright. French doors open to a 16x16 deck leading to large fenced in yard. House is perfect for snowbirds, families, couples, business travelers, and your furry friends will love the fenced-in yard!

House has an outside camera at the front entrance and on garage. Video footage is not shared & is recorded for liability reasons, unauthorized parties and/or excessive guests, and pets not disclosed. Disabling/obscuring cameras is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund.

We’re close to downtown, public transportation, highways, Lake Quannapowitt, Breakheart, and <15 miles to Boston, Salem, and casino in Everett.

Please start the wash with the used sheets and put the used towels by the washing machine.
Please clean and put away any used dishes, bowls, etc. and shut any futon you opened during your stay.
Please turn off the heat or AC unless there are extreme temperatures.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
