"The hallway was dark. Our toilet got blocked and they asked us to change room. When we returned they was no room available and they offer us a room to take shower and have to wait for the boss to return before a room is available because there was no key to the room that was available. "Room is comfortable. Rain shower is nice and provided body wash, shampoo and condition is of high quality. My complaint is the location; However, everywhere is reachable by RM5 Grab. I am not very happy with housekeeping as well. Toileteries were not top up daily. I ran out of bodywash in the last 2 days."
