"It was great..the Villa has an awesome view and was very clean and convenient to the boardwalk to the beach. The host, John, was very responsive and helpful. Shopping was only 10 minutes away at Freshfields village. We will be back."

"First of all, it being a treehouse was the eye catcher for me, but the biggest flex that this rental property has is that it has bikes for use!! HUGE FAN!! The bicycle ride to the closest beach access was maybe three minutes. And the next one was just a couple minutes past that which was a bigger beach option.Doug and Nancy were very accommodating and great host! I would definitely rebook again"

"The property location is fabulous and a short walk to the beach. Seeing deer off the patio every morning was a great bonus. Easy to walk or bike to the pools and restaurant's. The condo is a little outdated and needs a good thorough cleaning. The oven drawer does not function properly, a fridge door shelf was broken, and furniture covers were visibly dirty. If you are a light sleeper the upstairs guests can be heard walking, kids crying and squeaky ceiling/floor. Seabrook is a beautiful island and we will return to the island."

"We loved this property. The inside is beautifully decorated with whimsical decor. The location is great. The views of the ocean are spectacular and beach and pool access are an easy 5 min walk. We will definitely book again!"

"Overall we had an incredible stay at the Pelican Watch Villas! The view is to die for and having a toddler, the easy beach access right from our back door was perfect! We ran into an issue with the A/C where it was locked at 82 with a PIN that only the owner had but Carolina One maintenance was great and came out to help by reaching out to the owner to try to get it fixed as soon as possible!The biggest complaint and struggle is the check-in process. The club tells you to go to a certain office to get your parking pass but was closed when we got there even though the website said they would be open. Then when you get to the property there is a key pad on the door lock but that doesn’t actually work, the key is in a key box next to the door that you put the code into. Once you get the key out of the box it is incredibly difficult to get into the door knob. The door itself also doesn’t seem very secure due to the deadbolt being removed from the door. We did however love our stay here and would return again!"
