"Great hotel, Caroline on reception was fantastic, friendly, gave me lots of information & showed me to my room, impressive! Pool, sauna, steam rooms & jacuzzi, wonderful! My room was great, large with outside balcony, jacuzzi bath & separate shower, and amazing! Josh in the bar was awesome! Hannah at breakfast was excellent! All staff attentive, & positive. 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. The bathroom was clean with a good shower, and the room was warm on arrival, which was a nice touch. I appreciated the bonus of a fan and the ample wardrobe space. The location is great for exploring North Norfolk, and I would have no hesitation staying longer next time. The staff were friendly and prompt, and overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money. Nicely secluded and well set up – highly recommended."
