O simples confortável com café ótimo !

Hotel padrão Ibis com um café da manhã muito bom para a rede . O quarto é simples e tem o básico em amenities, mas não faltou um bom colchão , roupas de cama e banho de qualidade , blackout eficiente na janela . Atendimento cordial e rápido . Localização estratégica e estacionamento amplo e grátis . Recomendo a quem está em dúvidas, vá sem receio.

Primeiro demorou para fazer o check-in, após subirmos para quarto depois de um dia cansativo gostaria tomar banho, as toalhas não estavam no banheiro e o controle da TV não estava no quarto, liguei da recepção falaram que iriam enviar, 1h depois liguei novamente fazendo a mesma reclamação e nada, por fim quando resolvi ir na recepção encontrei uma moça no corredor e falei do controle, falou que iria trazer no fim quase 2 horas meia depois foi resolvido

O hotel de muito bom, a localização próximo a uma avenida movimentada e a uma rodovia, é muito barulhento, principalmente a noite, por este motivo, na próxima estadia vou procurar outro hotel.

Experiência desagradável

Sem dúvida foi a pior estadia em um hotel Ibis. Apesar da antecedência com que fizemos a reserva, no momento do check-in minha esposa foi acomodada em um quarto com acessibilidade que, entre outras coisas, parecia que o colchão havia sido substituído apenas por um pillow top, de tão fino e desconfortável que era. Após questionar a recepção, a informação passada, de forma ríspida, foi que o hotel estava lotado e que até poderiam devolver o dinheiro da estadia, mas que ela deveria desocupar imediatamente o quarto e procurar outro hotel para ficar. Isso já no início da noite. Neste episódio vimos o Ibis cobrando tarifa de hotel superior, oferecendo acomodações de hostel. Pensaremos duas vezes antes de reservar novamente um Ibis.

Já me hospedei várias vezes no hotel e é sempre o mesmo problema: falta de manutenção preventiva. No Ibis Botucatu é o cliente que funciona como aviso dos problemas corriqueiros do hotel: chuveiro e pia entupidos, porta que não fecha, controle da TV sem pilha... Esse não é função de cliente. Há 2 anos aviso que a porta do banheiro masculino no térreo não fecha e até hoje não consertaram

Boa a experiência e o hotel, devido a lotação deveriam calcular melhor a questão do café da manhã, dica quando perceberem que esteja lotado vá no começo do horário do café até umas 9h após isso somente sobras ou sem café/bebidas.
