"The hotel was exactly what we needed: a simple, clean place with comfortable beds and easy access to public transport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lift is small and the stairs are narrow but we only had backpacks so no issue at all for us. Air conditioning works perfectly, very easy to operate. Our room had a bath with shower attachment, I used the shower both evenings we stayed and it was good. Bathroom had a hairdryer, we didn’t need to use it but I did test it and it worked quite well. I just wanted to say again that the reception staff was really nice, couldn’t have been nicer, and we were really happy with our stay. Would stay again if looking for an affordable and well connected base in Paris."

"We had a great stay at Kopster! It was clean and comfortable for our family with two adults and one teenager. Seperate rooms gave us some privacy and the small kitchen was helpful. Beds were very comfortable and staff was attentive to our needs. We loved the suburb and felt completely safe there even sometimes walking back late at night. The train station is a 10 minute walk and can take you into central areas easily. The suburb is much quieter than central tourist areas and we got a good night's sleep. The best feature is the bakery across the street. We had our best sandwiches and pastries there and went daily!"

"Hotel was in excellent and in an brilliant position for the Palais de Versailles. All the staff were so charming and helpful. Rooms were excellent with lovely bedding. Delicious breakfast and a great courtyard outside to chill. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Our family of four stayed very comfortably in basically a 2 separate units with its own small hallway which had a locked door from the rest of the hotel. Each unit had its own bathroom, tv, closet, bed and very importantly, AC! We had plenty of space to move around which is rare in a hotel in Paris. The pool and sauna room was also amazing. If you have chrome cast on your phone, you can stream your own tv/movie in the projector. We didn’t get the continental breakfast they offer but during the day they had refreshments, bakery, cake or fruits out for anyone to take. And they were ALL delicious! Oh, and please try the Indian food right next door! The best Indian food we ever had!"

"Everything was very good. The only thing that left me disappointed was the condition of the lobby. It looked like it would be a horrible room but once we got in the room, the room was very good. I didn’t like also that there were dishes we could use but nothing to actually wash it after. So dishes were left in the sink for the whole stay. They didn’t wash it. We had dish soap but no towels to wash or dry it. All in all it was a great experience!"
