De douches waren fantastisch. De bedden waren prima. Het huis was i.h.a. netjes. De tuin was ZEKER niet zoals op de foto. Het was een balkon waar je, mocht je daar met alleman willen zitten, je je kont niet echt zou kunnen keren. En ook zeker niet afdoende afgezet voor honden. De omgeving was schitterend. Bouillon is een prachtig stadje. Maar herfstvakantie is duidelijk naseizoen en op dinsdag was er gewoon geen bakker of nauwelijks horeca open. Diverse brouwerijen in de omgeving. De woonkamer heeft voldoende eetstoelen maar slechts 4 comfortabele zetels. De keukeninrichting was niet berekend op koken voor veel personen en een goede braadpan was ver te zoeken. De vaatwasser was gammel en de koelkast (lekker groot) lekte bij het leven. Helaas was de schoonmaakster een dag te vroeg en stond om 10:15 al middenin de woonkamer (zonder kloppen). Contact met de eigenaar verliep prima. Het huis ligt op loopafstand van alle attracties en winkels van Bouillon en lekker verkeersluw. In het algemeen raden wij dit huis aan voor vakantie maar met name in de keuken mag er wel wat verbeterd worden.

Het huis was voorzien van alle accommodatie en gelegen dicht bij het centrum. Alleen jammer dat de bbq niet proper was gemaakt en dat er uit de afvoer in de keuken kleine vliegjes kwamen.

Het is een mooi huis met bij bijna elke kamer een en suite. Vervelend was wel dat de ovendeur niet sloot en dat de beheerder regelmatig binnenkwam tijdens ons verblijf. De regels van het huis waren ook niet zichtbaar klaar gelegd, zodat ik deze pas de dag voor vertrek ontdekte.

Wir waren hier für ein Wochenende mit 10 Erwachsenen (5 Paare). Das Haus ist dafür mit genügend Schlafzimmern und 5 Badezimmern ideal. Sehr gepflegtes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Gute Lage im Zentrum von Bouillon, Bäckerei und Geschäfte zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Terrasse hinter dem Haus überblickt die Semois. Schöne Spaziergänge in unmittelbarer Nähe.Der Sitzbereich ist etwas klein für 10 und mehr Personen, aber Sie können das lösen, indem Sie ein paar Stühle verschieben. Der Esstisch ist auch einfach zu klein, also haben wir den (schweren) Küchentisch dagegen gestellt. Die Küche ist klein, aber praktisch. Alles was man braucht ist ausreichend vorhanden Einziger Wermutstropfen ist der sehr große aber sehr laute (Industrie-)Kühlschrank. Das hört man im ganzen Wohnzimmer, auch in der Sitzecke. Wir haben den Kühlschrank ab und zu eine Stufe höher gestellt um die Geräusche loszuwerden.Dieses Haus ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Eine Frau kam vorbei, hatte aber unsere Adresse nicht dabei. Ihr Buch hatte eine andere Adresse. Als wir unsere Aufenthaltskarte 1L 51 NW ST vorzeigten, wurden wir eingelassen und sie ging mit uns alle Räume durch und gab die notwendigen Informationen.mvg jan.boeckx@edpnet.be

Wir hatten vom Eigentümer einen Code erhalten, um den Schlüssel zu bekommen. Alles klar, wir betreten das Gebäude. Es stellte sich heraus, dass wir nur im 1. Stock kommen konnten. Wenn Sie etwas auf der 2-stöckigen Website sehen. Bei 5 oder 6 Bädern müssen Sie auch dafür bezahlen, besonders wenn Sie mit 2 Familien mit insgesamt 8 Personen unterwegs sind. Eine "Haushälterin" kam vorbei, alles auf Französisch. Schwierigkeiten mit allem waren sogar in unserem Haus praktisch und unangemessen.
