"I stayed here for the fullest and probaly last time...staff helpful at all...my room was never made up..breakfeast was clean and good..but other than that never again so disappointed and on the day I was checking out the housekeepers were banging at my door at 930 I didn't have to.check out till 11"

"Our little apartment was perfect for our needs. The bed was comfy and the kitchenette was so helpful. The check in process was totally overwhelming. It was way too much after a day of travel. To many papers, too many conversations. There was coercion to get us to view another property for an incentive. The gated entrances were annoying. There was no streaming, just cable."

"So, my stay was dominated with the water pipe issue. while I recognize it was not the people that worked at the properties fault, it was still a major issue. Friday. No water initially, then no hot water all day. Could not shave and had to do the best I could to clean. Saturday. Initially no hot water. Was advised the boiler was being fixed and within 1/2 hour I was able to shower. Sunday, No hot water. I had to be out so again I did the best I could to clean. Too many water issues to make this stay anything but terrible."

"I booked a room with a king size bed. That's what I paid for. I check in and they didn't have any king size bed rooms available. Not happy. My husband and I slept awful!!"

"Pet friendly, but remember a crate bc they don’t want pets on their furniture. Luckily they were nice enough and let me use some crates that they had. "

"I had to ask for a new room because the non-smoking room I had reserved reeked of cigarettes and I wasn't going to let my two kids sleep in a room like that. The hard wood floors made our feet completely black, they were so dirty. The room itself was fine but I wish it would have had a table to eat at. There was only an armchair and ottoman. Was also pretty noisy, I'm glad we brought our sound machine. Was fine for one night but would not stay here again."
