A 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom ski apartment in the luxury Arc 1950 village (sleeps 6 max). Family friendly.

The apartment is on the second floor of Sources de Marie and consists of a double room with ensuite bathroom, a twin room, a sitting room with a double sofa-bed and dining area and an open-plan kitchen all with beautiful views of the mountain plus a second bathroom (with shower) and separate toilet.

All sheets, towels and robes are provided and also an additional midweek clean is available for a small extra fee.

Located in the heart of the high-altitude Paradiski area with 425km of pistes the apartment offers true ski-in/ski-out access, just 1-minute walk from the ski-schools, shops, bars, restaurants.

The building has it's own complimentary​ heated outdoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym plus direct access to the luxury Deep Nature Spa(not included).

Skiing holiday

The property is really well situated, with ski in - ski out. 1950 has great restaurants and brilliant skiing. The flat is ideally situated to cater for both. My children are beginners and had no problem skiing out on to the piste to pick up suitable chair lifts. The property has everything you need, is clean, plenty of hot water, fully stocked kitchen if you want to cook. The owners contacted me before arrival and were friendly and helpful. The checkin / checkout process is really straight forwards. We had a fabulous week, and would have no hesitation in booking again. Fully recommend it!

Very clean and comfortable

We have stayed in another apartment in Arcs 1950 for many years but it was sold by the owner so we had to find somewhere else. This apartment did not disappoint!! It was very comfortable, very well equipped and maintained and perfect in every way. We liked the bedroom/bathroom layout - with the two bedrooms/bathrooms being on either side of the lounge - perfect for couples sharing, or a family like us where teenage kids like their privacy. We did have a couple of issues on arrival but these were responded to very quickly by the owner and the management company. We had a great holiday and would definitely stay at this apartment again.

TrÚs bon séjour, trÚs bel appartement

Appartement trĂšs agrĂ©able, bien dĂ©corĂ©, au pied des pistes et au cƓur de la station les Arc 1950. Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour. Prestation haut de gamme avec jacuzzi, sauna et salle de sport aprĂšs le ski. À proximitĂ© des commerces, des restaurants, des magasins de location de ski, des Ă©coles de ski. Parking en dessous de l’appartement (trĂšs pratique Ă  l’arrivĂ©e et au dĂ©part). Nous vous recommandons cet appartement.

Perfect location for family

The owners are very nice and they answered all of our questions. The apartment is very clean, perfect location you have everything near by. I recommande this location to everyone. The spa downstairs it’s amazing as well. Our children enjoyed our stay so much! We can’t wait to go back.

Een prachtig appartement en skigebied

Niets, maar dan ook niets is gelogen in de advertentie over die appartement. Een prachtig appartement in een mooi gebouw. Het appartement is volledig uitgerust, de inrichting is mooi en bovenal, alles is zeer zuiver en proper. Skilockers direct aan de ingang, Piste direct aan de ingang. Kortom binnen enkele tellen op de pistes. De eigenaren reageren zeer snel (binnen enkele minuten soms) op vragen met gepaste info. Het skigebied is groot en voor iedereen wat. Je vervelen doe je daar niet. Wij hebben hier een voortreffelijke vakantie gehad en gaan zeker nog eens terugkomen.

Nous avons passĂ© 1 semaine de ski magnifique Ă  4 (2 adultes 2 ado). L'appartement est parfait confortable et bien amĂ©nagĂ©. Les chambres sont bien indĂ©pendantes sĂ©parĂ©es par le sĂ©jour, et chacune Ă  sa salle de bains + 1 wc sĂ©parĂ©. Les chambres sont Ă©galement sĂ©parĂ©e du couloir ce qui Ă©vite d'entendre les autres locataires. La cuisine est bien agencĂ©e, manque un caquelon pour la fondu, on a utilisĂ© une casserole ;-). Le domaine skiable est incroyable, de superbes pistes noirs laissĂ©es naturels mais sĂ©curisĂ©e en dehors des foules de dĂ©butants, on a adorĂ©. ArrivĂ©e en ski au pieds de l'immeuble, casier Ă  ski Ă  l'entrĂ©e dans local chauffĂ© c'est parfait. (par contre si 6 personnes le casier risque d'ĂȘtre un peu petit, mais Ă  4 ça passe) L'appartement Ă©tant indĂ©pendant de Pierre et vacances vous ne profitez pas de ses services (prĂȘt de matĂ©riel...), par contre l'accueil rĂ©pond tout de mĂȘme aux questions. La piscine est chauffĂ©e Ă  29° donc ce n'est pas un bains thermal, l'hiver c'est un peu limite comme piscine extĂ©rieur. L'espace sauna, hamam est petit, donc pendant les vacances c'est assez surchargĂ© et il y a beaucoup d'enfants malgrĂ© l'interdiction. Le village Arc 1950 est sympa tout ce qu'il faut pour profiter pendant 1 semaine en famille, prix un peu surfait mais bon....c'est les vacances. On recommande vivement, les propriĂ©taires sont rĂ©actifs lorsque nous avons des questions. Il y a un service de nettoyage et de gestion pour les problĂšmes pendant le sĂ©jour atteignable facilement par tĂ©lĂ©phone. Un sĂ©jour Ă  renouveler. Merci Ă  Nick et Amanda.

A wonderful week of family fun
