Useful stop over hotel, with automatic facilities. Fortunately we found a member of staff who could book us in. However, I do not think it was her main job. There was a choice of restaurantes in the area. We chose the fish restaurant which tuned out to be brilliant, although very busy.

hôtel correct, sans plus, personnel tout sauf agréable mis à part une dame à l'accueil, on a l'impression de déranger les autres. Les tables extérieures sont cadenassées pour ne pas qu'on s'en serve. ouvertes pour le petit déjeuner une fois sur deux avec des cendriers pleins…..

Pas de personnel quand on arrive à 21h30. Une demi-heure pour enfin arriver dans ma chambre. L'écran buggait et nous étions plusieurs familles bloquées. L'assistance etait longue à répondre, mais très aimable. Je ne reviendrai plus chez vous, je retournerai chez ibis. Pour le même prix, ils embauchent du personnel de nuit.

Hôtel convenable pour une seule nuit , bonne literie , calme, J ai payé le petit déjeuner sur hôtel.com 10€/personne dont 2 enfants soit 30€ donc plus cher que le prix sur place de 8,50€ adulte et 4€ enfant. Également le prix de la chambre etait moins cher sur le site de l hôtel

Déçu

Nuit étape. Prix de la chambre élevé (97€) pour un B&B** en zone industrielle. Literie ok mais propreté laissant à désirer sur rideaux et fenêtre. Personne a l’accueil à notre arrivée (15h30). Chambre au 2ème étage avec bagages et sans ascenseur. Pas à la hauteur pour le prix. Ces chambres ne devraient pas dépasser 70€.

Bed and linen very comfortable, the room was very clean although quite small, had to duck to go round the bed so as not to bang your head on the television! The bathroom was clean but a little tired looking, grouting discoloured. Overall though very comfortable and clea.

Neueres bequemes hotel

Das Hotel ist recht neu und sieht daher noch ganz gut aus. Das Zimmer war von der Größe ok es hätte aber ruhig etwas sauberer sein können. WLAN war schnell und die Klimaanlage war wirklich sehr angenehm. Parkplätze sind ausreichen kostenlos verfügbar. Im Umkreis gibt es Restaurant in denen man nach vorzeigen der Hotelrechnung zwischen 10 a15% Rabatt bekommt. Einzigster Negativpunkt war der fehlende Lift. Man muss sein Gepäck hochschleppen. Alles in Allem war das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis gut.

Entrée impossible en passant par Hotel.com

La nuit s’est très bien passée, mais le système de réservation par hotel.com ne permet pas d’accéder à l’établissement. Il faut une numero de confirmation de commande qui n’est pas délivrée par la plateforme hotel.com. Sur place, il faut appeler l’hotel qui vous communique ce numéro pour pouvoir s’enregistrer. Bien trop compliqué ! Autant réserver à la borne sur place

Si l hotel etait bien, le service Hotel.com ne l etait pas. Le code de reservation mentionné sur mon email de confirmation ne permettait pas d acceder à la chambre. Nous avons dû appeler l assistance à 23h.
