Make sure you read all directions in advance. We set off the alarm upon entry and couldn't figure out how to turn it off.Otherwise it was a great property. We could not get the dryer portion of the washer to work. Not sure if it was user error or machine failure, but we had clothes in there for 5 hours still damp
