The hotel was very nice as how it looks on the appearance vibes and the staff were very friendly and polite. The rooms were also big and clean it felt just like home and the food there was delicious

Our room was very. Clean. *****Comfortable bed *****so had a good nights sleep. Plenty of milk, tea, coffe and hot chocolate , which was a nice surprise! ***** All the Staff were very helpful/friendly!!! REALLY enjoyed our overnight stay, and will be returning in tbe near future 🙂

V helpful staff. Generally a good hotel. Would stay there again. Drawback- swimming alone is not allowed. So, not good if you are a single person. But the hot tub can be used and was excellent. Breakfast could be a bit better. Still, not bad for £10.00

Overnight stay

Overnight stay in Bournemouth - staff were great, location was perfect, yummy breakfast, bedroom was a good size & relatively quiet. Hotel a little tired which is sad as it’s such a beautiful building, but we enjoyed our stay at a very reasonable price.

It’s a beautiful hotel at an amazing location. Loved the room and my favourite part about the stay was the pool and jacuzzi, just fab!! However, the breakfast was terrible- we were hoping for a buffet but they gave us a single plate of vegetarian breakfast- had very less options in food and it was very oily! Stay here however, have breakfast at a local cafe next door as there are many many options outside.

Not good, the bathroom leaked water into the room leaving the carpet soaking wet. I told the receptionist but nothing been done.

Pleasant Stay

Nice hotel, close to the centre and an easy walk to the beach. Very clean. A bit dated in areas - but nothing to worry about. Tip - if you are using the pool bring flip flops and a robe as the changing rooms are down some stairs and are a bit cold - this way yiu could just straight from/to your room.

Love this hotel

This was our 2nd stay within the last 12 months, it’s such a lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff! It’s very clean and literally a few minutes walk from town.
