We were welcomed by friendly staff - provided us with an ice cold bottle of water which was very much appreciated. We received a welcoming text shortly after check in providing us with instructions if we needed anything.

Staffing, during my one night stay there was only one girl working the desk and while she was very nice and good at her job it was very unfair to her and other guest as she had to go out into the back parking lot multiple times at night due to kids yelling and playing food ball outside of guest windows and by there cars at 11:30pm keeping us awake and waking us up. She handled the situation but in my opinion there should be two people on at night for things like this and safety

Tom was very courteous and very pleasent when I checked in. He informed me of breakfast times and locations. Pool and gym locations. Tom asked if i wanted to know about any restaurants close by if I wanted to go out for the night. Tom is Truly in the right field of customer service even though my stay was for one night I would return.
