"So first and foremost when we got there they informed us the water was off so my question was how long will it be off and how long had it been off we were informed since the day before so why didn’t anyone reach out and call us to let us know so we could of booked another hotel in a timely manner. Then we are asking questions and the hostess it was a female she was rude and seemed to didn’t want to help us. Then they told us our room was not available so how we book and the room is not available so confused so they said they could upgrade us she we said can we see what the room looks like and we did and we agreed to the upgrade but what we didn’t check was the bathroom. So we got my disabled mother upstairs and in the room then we went to Disney then she calls us to inform us the water is back on but there is no hot water and the sink was broken so we had to cut our Disney night short to handle this so we went to the front desk and there was a nice young lady working And she immediately said we can switch your rooms so she did. We switched room it was late and we were tired we went to bed and woke up the next day to discover the shower head was broken and it hit my 4 year old daughter on the head my daughter was crying and so scared to even use the bathroom and get in the shower so we ended up checking out early and going elsewhere because it was the worst hotel experience. The shower water kept going from hot to cold and it hitting my daughter in the head was unacceptable "

"Stayed two nights and dined in the hotel for breakfast and dinner. The food was very good and they have gluten free options available. Shuttle to Disneyland was very convenient. Surprised by the $25 per day parking fee. My second visit and would stay there again in the future."

"Good hotel, location is killer, pool is amazing. Sound in room was great, could not hear any other guests. Only complaint would be that we left our room for most of the morning, came back mid afternoon and room was still not cleaned. "

"Room was comfortable and clean. Guy at front desk when we came in was extremely nice. Location is fantastic. Parking was easy. Breakfast was great. It had real food. "

"The pool was great. The hotel is in a great location if you’re going to Disneyland. But not having coffee in your room or even in the lobby. They want you to spend $4 on a cup of black coffee from their restaurant."

"This hotel charges a per night parking fee but has no parking spaces for their guests to park in themselves because they also let public park there for $44. When we arrived (party with 5 cars and 6 rooms) we could not park our cars by our hotel rooms. They offered “complimentary” valet. Very greedy and a big imposition on their hotel guests. "

"This was a great stay! Great breakfast, great staff, not too long of a walk to the parks. Will stay here next time."

"The AC didn't work and they didn't come to fix it after we complained. The fire alarm started going off in our room because of a low battery. We asked someone to come up and fix it and no one did. Finally we got a new room, overall a very bad first day. "
