"Date important:7/18. Facility if under major exterior construction which was not advertised in advance. This had several negatives. Parking lot contained trash and debris. Side entrance ways and surrounding hallways contained construction debris. Fire access doors auto closures were disconnected leaving staircase and hallway doors open that should have been closed. This was the most troubling. Staff was excellent, breakfast was fresh and staff member was working hard to keep stocked and clean....
"Room was fine. However, there was 20-30 people partying, extremely loud, on the patio at 1am just below our room. We called the front desk, who refused to address the issue and the excess noise continued even though quite hours started at 11pm."
