Summary:
Did you know that Boynton Beach, Florida is known for its stunning beaches, particularly the picture-perfect Ocean Inlet Park? Or that Boynton Beach has beautiful, clear waters? But the beaches aren’t all that Boynton Beach has to offer. Head to Arthur R. Marshall Loxahatchee Wildlife Refuge for calming nature trails, jaw-dropping sunsets, and loads of wildlife.

Just want to relax and soak up the FL sun? We also have the picture perfect home to do just that (or even play a little golf!)!

Living Area: Relax and cozy up in the spacious family room equipped with a flat screen TV and couches that will accommodate the whole family!

Outdoor Areas: Bring some snacks and soak in the FL sun in the hammock.

Kitchen: Fully stocked with everything you might need to make a big breakfast before an adventure filled day.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms: Bedroom 1: queen bed with no bathroom attached, Bedroom 2: queen Bed with no bathroom attached, 1 full bathroom

Location: Everything you need is at your fingertips so you never have to leave. But if you do, enjoy world-class meals with your family and friends at many nearby dining options just a couple of miles away.

Guest Access:
During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire unit. However, please note that the laundry room, patio and pool area are shared with neighboring units.

There are (2) parking spots available to guests.

The Neighborhood:
Experience Old Florida charm in Boyton Beach! We have amazing restaurants and boutiques along Ocean Avenue. There are canopy-covered walkways leading a wide stretch of sand at Oceanfront Park. QUICK TIP: make sure to check out the giant blue sea turtle sculpture and life-size chess board near the concession stand!

There is plenty of shops to check out along Congress Avenue corridor and Renaissance Commons. Check out Jaycee Park or stop by Gulfstream Park. You'll find easy access for canoes, kayaks and paddleboards as well as shaded picnic areas, playground, and areas to relax!

Getting Around:
Recommend walking, biking, uber/taxi/lyft, or even walking!

Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.

It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.

We value safety and privacy and that's why we would like to mention we have a camera outside on west side to monitor parking, southwest and southeast corner both facing south and east side, these aren't intended to record our guest but for security purposes.

We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability! Please note that our listing is a self-catering home, however, feel free to contact us through the Airbnb messaging app with any questions and/or suggestions! :)

عناصر نالت الإعجاب: النظافة
The location is a hidden away private gem with a feeling of old south Florida surfing and Jimmy Buffet vibes. You are only a short stroll from a quiet beach. The outdoor area is very well maintained with a hammock to chill out on. You are surrounded by laid back locals. If you need a bit of excitement, good food, and shopping a 5 minute drive south on AIA will bring you to Atlantic Ave. where you can be spoiled with a huge selection of great restaurants. The beach apartment is modern yet cozy with all the amenities you need. The property managers responded quickly to any questions we had. Great place to stay.
