"Excelent staff and amenities clean room"

"After checking in, our room key did not work, so we had to return to the lobby. One staff member initially explained it as a system issue, but another staff later corrected it, saying it was simply a mistake. Later, we came back to the lobby to look for drinking water, as none was provided in the room. Unlike most hotels we stayed at during this trip, there were no complimentary bottles, vending machines, or nearby convenience stores available. At check-out, a staff member asked us to pay for...

"The hotel is very dated. The Airconditioning in the room was ineffective and looked like it was very old. The shower holder was broken and only one light was working in the room. The welcome at the front desk, however, was very professional and friendly. There was parking outside."
