Spectacular BEACH to BAY VIEWS ELEVATOR PRIVATE HEATED POOL

NO CAR NEEDED! TWO MASTER SUITES! Modern home within walking distance to Beach, Bay, Historic Bridge Street, pier, restaurants, shops, ice cream, mini golf, fishing, water sports, this location has it all! You will absolutely love the convenience here! Enjoy our beautiful beaches, watch sunsets and sunrises from your balconies or enjoying the heated pool. We are the second house from the beach 50 yards and your toes will be in the sand. Clean quiet street but close enough to walk anywhere.
The space
The house is a 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath with 2 master bedroom suites each having a private full bathroom, double sinks, granite counters, tiled walk in shower with glass doors, and walk in closet. Third bedroom has 2 single beds and shared bathroom with the fourth bedroom that has bunk beds. Jack & Jill bathroom also has double sinks, granite counters, tub/shower combination, beautiful tile with that beachy feel.
Our unit is spacious, clean, bright with an open concept. The kitchen has granite counters, beautiful cabinetry, and supplies for all your cooking needs. Full size refrigerator, flat top stove, microwave, K cup coffee maker. The living room has plenty of seating, flat screen TV and a queen pullout sofa bed. The walk-out balcony off living room has beach and bay views. Elevator to all floors, 2 car garage, private washer and dryer in the unit. The PRIVATE pool is heated with full covered patio, table, chairs, gas grill, flat screen TV. Ping Pong Table
We supply all linens, bath towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 10 beach chairs, 10 beach towels. Pack and Play booster seat
We also own the adjoining house that has the same floor plan and is also available to rent. Double your space for the family get together's .

Amazing Beach House

Excellent location! Minute walk to the beach, trolley route steps away and nearby (walkable) restaurants and shops! Beach/water views from the house are beautiful! Kitchen fully equipped with pots, pans, etc but you’ll need to bring your own condiments, etc as there is no “cabinet of left behinds” like cooking sprays, seasonings, etc. Plenty of bathrooms! Exactly ten beach and bath towels provided so if you require more you may want to bring your own. House has beach chairs and a beach wagon which is really helpful for hauling things! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect! Could not be better!!!!

Our perfect vacation was made possible thanks to this perfect rental! The location cannot be beat, we didn’t have to drive our car at all throughout our stay (besides our initial grocery run). The beach is just across the street, takes maybe 2 minutes and there is a flashing crosswalk light so always felt safe. The house even comes with a wagon and plenty of beach chairs. Lots of walkable restaurants and bars and shops but no noise concerns. If you’re familiar with AMI, you know bridge street is where you want to be. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and upgraded feel to the house and it felt very clean. I appreciate the floor plan and the number of beds, everyone felt super comfortable and it was easy to unpack. Also, blown away by the balcony views! I wasn’t expecting to have such a clear view of the water! Sitting out there with a cup of coffee was the perfect start to each morning. The pool area is also great, it’s pretty shaded with not much direct sunlight, which was actually perfect after getting so much sun at the beach. The host was really attentive, messaged him a few times with random questions and he was always quick to respond. We had the best time, it really could not have been any better. Thank you Adam!!

Family Vacation

House was great. The accommodations were perfect and the host was very responsive. Everyone had a wonderful time and a very needed time together. The kids didn’t want to leave.

College friends beach trip gathering

Fantastic stay in this home on AMI! Literally steps to the beach and bayside with everything you could want in a beach home. Host super helpful and responsive to any questions or requests. In fact, assisted with letting us know about the house having an exact duplicate house attached that we could rent for our large group. Kitchen/family room area large and open with a stocked kitchen. Little extras like beach towels and chairs for guest is very helpful and nice when you have people flying. Highly recommend this home. We only left footprints in the sand, but took away wonderful memories! Note: If you have anyone with physical limitations, the elevator is a very nice addition in the home that typically you only find in a hotel.

Perfect spot

We could not have been happier with our stay. The house was perfect for the 7 of us, and the decor was so pleasing. The location was fabulous! Close to the beach and so many walkable places. We only used our cars to go to Publix once and to the Sand Bar Restaurant on the north end of the island. We are very apt to return whenever we want some days at the beach.

Wonderful Family Friendly Property

We had 10 people in our family get together. The property was spacious and comfortable. We loved all the beach supplies including chairs and wagon. The pool area was enclosed and fun for the children, we will definitely be back.

Birthday Get away

Nice property in an otherwise ok location. The beach was nice and the Gulf water was beautiful. Our house was upscale for the area, but missed the touches an upscale house should have, ie, nicer sheets, nicer towels and a large screen TV. we were there for the beach and to travel for nicer dinners. Likely should have rented farther South, but the are a was good for a quick trip to the sotre and Tiki Bar around the corner.

Great location

Great location to the beach and other businesses. Did have to request check in information but was sent it right away and checking in was super easy. They had lots of beach chairs for us to use at the beach and bikes. Some things to keep in mind they only provide limited toilet paper so if you use more than they supply you have to get more. The bunk beds, the bottom bunk was very squeaky and noisy with every little move. We would recommend this stay to others.

Great place for the entire family. Everything within walking distance.

Overall experience was fantastic. We are " foodies" so the only negative was the grill ( which we decided not to use) wasn't clean and had ants on the inside. Pans provided are kind of old and warn, but we managed.

Nice location

Convenient location to avoid the intense traffic! However, nothing about this property or the host was welcoming. When I had a question about the pool light , which never worked, he immediately pulled up video footage like he was watching the house , which was very creepy . The house is a strange layout … best for just sleeping a large group . The windows ledges had Cheetos in them, 1/2 of the remotes controls didn't work, the kids bath shower was gross with mildee, the dishwasher door is broken, the bath towels where like rags and every single one of the 4 bikes are a rusty disaster. No laundry pods were provided , not where anything welcoming about the place/ not note from host or quest book or anything . The garage is too small to fit a car. The elevator makes noises at strange times and no one is in it. Oh, and did I mention the cockroaches . With many welcoming hosts and clean places labeled as luxury , in this price point , this was definitely not worthy of being labeled a luxury vrbo. The grounds by then pool are unkept and it is overall like a 2 star hotel in a nice location. Definitely love AMI and the location .

Great Family Spring Break Getaway

This house was perfect and the description of the house is exact. Great location. We were able to walk/bike to shops, restaurants and the beach. We had fabulous views of the ocean and bay from the balcony. The outdoor TV and ping pong table was a plus too. This was our first time in Ana Maria Island and we will definitely be back. Thanks for making our getaway a fantastic experience.

The perfect house for the perfect wedding!

This property was amazing and was perfect for all of our family. We planned our wedding on the island over a year ago, the day of wedding was a true test at faith The weather turned into a possible hurricane and where most people would of freezes completely out, this house made our wedding the cherry on top of our perfect wedding cake. I look forward to staying there again very soon! If I could give this stay 6 stars, I would! Thank you Adam, your place is perfect.

Perfect vacation home

The house is large, airy, full of light and very comfortable. Literally a 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 to shops, bars and restaurants. It is quiet even on New Years week end. The beds are comfortable and the rooms pleasant. The bathrooms are well thought out. The living room is on the top floor with an open plan large kitchen. The TV’s are all new and work perfectly (I saw other earlier reviews saying to the contrary, so I assume they were recently replaced). Downstairs, beyond the garage is a very nice small pool in a very private yard. A table and chairs tucked in under the porch make for a cozy meal venue. The grill worked great and the pool was nicely warmed up. My only knock on the whole experience, and please believe it is a small issue, is that the kitchen is poorly equipped. We like to eat at home as much as possible, specially when we have our young grandchildren with us and it was hard to produce a meal with the available equipment. If you do plan on cooking, bring your sharp knives, you will need them. I’m sure most people on vacation are looking to go out to eat so it probably is not a problem for most. Next time we go (and we are already planning our next vacation here) I will bring a few of the most basic equipment. It helps that we can drive and not have to fly though. Adam, our host, is incredibly proactive. He gets back to you right away, easy to communicate with and very very helpful. I would have absolutely no qualms highly recommending this property. This is Why I Stay in Hotels!

So where do we start..... Walked in and the smoke alarms were blaring...after about 2-3 hours they came and fixed them. We couldn't since there were no ladders. The house is overall nice. the rooms are decent. However, don't plan on watching TV when you go to your bedroom since none of them would turn on. Well one did, but then stopped immediately. So you better ALL like the same show since the living room TV was the only one we could get to work. Oh, and the bedroom TVs were really small. Like Michael Scott small from "The Office." Then there were the towels.... looked like they haven't bought new ones in the last five years. As for the rugs in the bathroom...they need to be thrown in the garbage. Same with the rug in the living room. It is time for that one to go. As for the layout of the house, that was good. And if you have kids, this is a good place, but not so for a bunch of adults, since two of the rooms are more for kids. Great proximity to the beach...right across the street and walking distance to a little town area for food, drinks and some shopping. The pool is ok, but too many chemicals in it, destroyed one of our kids bathing suits. When someone checks in there should be towels in EVERY bathroom..we should not go searching for them. Oh, and how about tissues????? At the rates that they charge per night it is time for the owners to not be so frudal. Spend a few dollars here and make this place worth the money.
