A Beach Dream #5 ~ Location, location, location is what this dreamy, newly refreshed, beach-front bungalow style condo is all about! Wake up to the soothing sounds of the ocean and gulf breezes with a coffee in hand. Literally within steps you will be able to sink your toes into the sugary sands of the Gulf and watch the dolphins splash in the water at sunset. This is the perfect island getaway destination! Walk to nearby local shops and restaurants on Bridge Street and enjoy the Beach Café for breakfast, lunch and dinner located right next door!

A Beach Dream #5 is a beautiful 1 bedroom; 1 bathroom condo located on the glistening Gulf of Bradenton Beach. This hidden gem is the most ideal vacation rental for two people that you can call home while here. Step inside with a modern style kitchen nestled next to the living space that features a mounted flat panel tv for relaxation after a full day of sun. Barstools along the fresh new quartz counter tops for easy morning breakfasts and stainless-steel appliances with coastal cabinetry give a modern flow to the space. The bedroom boasts a new king size bed, large smart flatscreen TV, and a full tub/shower combo. After soaking up the legendary sunsets, make way to the communal jacuzzi with therapeutic jets, your muscles will thank you later.

Need a break from the beach? Then hop on the island trolley and cruise on down to the North End or cast a line on the Bradenton Beach Pier. Rent a golf cart, grab a gourmet doughnut and coffee, pick up some timeless treasures at a local boutique, and live the island lifestyle on your well-deserved beach getaway. Come and experience “A Beach Dream #5!”

There is ONLY ONE parking space. If you are renting a golf cart for your transportation, please request a gas-powered golf cart. There is NOT a place to charge an electric golf cart. There is not enough room to have a car (other vehicle) and a golf cart.

We offer two beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach towels for guest use. Beach House association offers lounge chairs for guest use. They need to be returned to their storage location after each use.

We had a wonderful stay — you really can’t beat a property right on the beach! It was both lovely and convenient, and we’d definitely return. The only downside is that there’s no pool, but the beachfront location more than makes up for it.

Nice Place

Really enjoy this area of the island. Plenty to walk to and most nearby have recovered pretty well from hurricanes. Nice condo with everything needed for a great week getaway from the cold winter

Perfect spot to make your vacation anything you want.It was amazingly quiet but a short walking venture could get you nice music being played surrounded by friendly people.

The perfect getaway for 2!

We were pleasantly surprised upon check in. It was everything we hoped it would be. Perfect location for 2. Everyone nearby was so nice, couldn't beat the closeness to the beach and THOSE SUNSETS. We miss it already! Would recommend anyone to stay here, and will probably return in the future as well!

Tiny but Mighty

Condo on beach was super well equipped, clean and new. Perfect for a couple's stay. Kitchen has everything you need. Bedding and linens very comfortable. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided and were in very good shape. Though the space was small, it is designed for optimal use of space. We enjoyed our week!

Relaxation and rest! Oh my!

Such a beautiful condo right on the beach. Loved exploring the whole island with our golf cart rental. The accommodations were top-notch with everything we could want for cooking and relaxing. Very thankful for the chairs and umbrellas in the condo.

The condo is located within 50 feet of the Gulf of America. Nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. This condo has Smeg appliances! Great quality sheets and the most comfortable vrbo bed ive slept in for a while. The location is a brief walk to restaurants and boutiques. Great seafood at the Oyster Bar. Fabulous location

This condo is right on the beach. The owner provided beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels for us to use. There are shops and really good restaurants within walking distance. The condo itself is beautiful and comfortable. We hope to be back!

RIGHT ON THE BEACH

Great place right on the water and next door to a great beachfront restaurant. Food and service were excellent. The rental is small but of high quality. Definitely not for more than two people. but the view and breeze are fantastic. The location is great and the water was wonderful.

Paradise!

This very comfortable place was in a great location. The bed was comfortable and the ceiling fan was a nice plus! The water was walk-in perfect! We had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a beautiful, comfortable place to stay. Even the toaster was top shelf! The owner was very helpful as well.

We had a fabulous getaway. The property was perfect! From the location to the decor, cleanliness to amenities this trip did not disappoint. I love that the building has just a few units and the beach was spacious. At least once a day maintenance was cleaning or sweeping the premises.

This property is the perfect location with the restaurant right next door!! Walking distance to many amenities. Sunset view was incredible! The house was perfect and everything a person could need or want! The house book was helpful. Will be back!!

Great Beach condo

We had an excellent time here. The condo is clean, with nice modern decor and equipped with all you need to cook. Perfect for a couple or family with small kids. This area was hit very hard by the Hurricanes and this is one of the only few places open on the beach. The building is still under repair and pool is not open. It wasn’t a big deal to us. Also just note the area is still recovering but places are opening. Overall great vacation!

Condo on the beach

This unit is on the second floor, with unobstructed views of the Gulf. Absolutely great views and a nice, clean beach. Walking distance to Bridge Street shops and the marina. Very short walk to Kokonut Hut, Wicked Cantina, and Beach House. Location is fantastic. Interior is remodeled and clean. 4 vs. 5 start overall review: the balcony is shared, with neighboring units, so lack of privacy. The bedroom door is located so that it is difficult to get into bathroom and frig. Pool was closed.

Great location great ow ers

We had a bit of an issue regarding plumbing in the middle of the night caused us little sleep the first night there. The owner took care of it the best they could but I felt they could have offered us at least a gift card for a dinner or something. It was a rough start but overall great place!
