lots of room to spread out

Lots of room to spread out. Large open floorplan with 2 living rooms and a big kitchen and dining area. Lots of room on the outdoor patio also.

Amazing week

Home was so much bigger and more open than pictures even looked! And it was clean and well stocked with the essentials. We have a family of five, plus two grandparents. The set up was fantastic to give everyone space when needed to be together or separate. Area was nice and I felt very comfortable going out for a morning run. Pool was a dream, we used it and the hot tub every day. Kids loved evening swims after a day at the beach, while grandpa enjoyed the hot tub for the well being of his knees! Beach was close, but depending on time of day…we needed to have some patience. Holmes Beach was our favorite.

Very solid property managed by good owners

This is a great house for large groups as we were 10, it was the perfect size with room to spare. Pool and spa area was nice with a half bathroom directly off the deck area. The house is older and does show some wear and twar but everything worked. Beds were very comfortable. There were tons of dishes and noce little touches like sunscren and beach bags for your use.

Very pretty renovated home like 5 miles from beautiful perfect pristine beaches. House was nice and clean and spacious! A few issues arose but Jill, owner, was extremely quick to respond and helpful.

I nice relaxing environment

The property is newly remodeled and is very nice. Pictures show exactly what you get. The house is very awesome and the pool is great for chilling and enjoying the Florida weather.

Wonderful stay in Palma Sola

We enjoyed our recent 6 week stay at this property in Bradenton. The home was as pictured and described. The neighborhood is very nice and the location is convenient to many of the amenities available in the Bradenton area. Our interaction with Jill, both prior to our arrival as well as during our stay was courteous and efficient. I recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in the Bradenton area.

Family vacation

We spent our days doing mostly beach and boating activities. It was nice to come back to a clean and roomy home to relax for the evenings. In the evenings the ladies walked in the quiet neighborhood and relaxed around the pool that was screened in, while the boys enjoyed some TV/screen time.

Magical Thanksgiving Family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this spacious, beautiful home. We were a family of five adults and three children under 10. We also entertained another family of 6 for Thanksgiving, with plenty of room for 9 adults and 5 kids inside and around the fabulous pool and spa. The pool area was a huge benefit,as it was enjoyed by all, especially the kids, who swam every day. The house immaculately clean and comfortable. Thank you to the very attentive host as well.

Wildlife just feet away

Although we certainly enjoyed using the pool and spa, my wife and I agreed that watching the wildlife in the water out back was a highlight. There was a fallen tree trunk leaning into the water that had as many as 9 turtles sunning themselves. We saw a Blue Heron, a Snowy Egret, White Ibises, Malards, Cormorants, and Wood Ducks. It was a wonderful place to relax.

Highly recommend!

This home was exactly what we were looking for when we planned our Minnesota winter escape. The hosts were very accommodating for the few requests we made. Home has a spacious layout that accommodated our group of six perfectly! The pool and spa area overlooking the tranquil canal was amazing during all parts of the day. Easy access to Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach, Longboat Key and Sarasota. DeSoto National Memorial Park was a quick 5 minute walk and a really cool area. We will definitely rent this home again so we can do more exploring.

Perfect for our family!

The house was gorgeous and clean. Very safe and quiet neighbourhood. The host was easily reachable. The pool was clean and working very well. We went to Anna Maria Island most of the days and it was a short drive, easy access. Very small detail, but we were 8 adults and there were not enough beach supplies (chairs, trolley and decent cooler). It would be a nice improvement considering the location (near beaches).

Perfect House!!!

The house was fantastic! Perfect set up. Unfortunately, the hot tub and pool were not heated. My Mom just died and we booked the trip so I could just spend it floating in the pool for Mother’s Day. Very disappointed about that part.

More than we could hope for

Pictures do not do this property justice as we were all amazed the moment we walked in the front door! More than enough room for our two families consisting of four adults and three teenagers. The pool and spa were a definite hit and the outdoor space was so relaxing and inviting that we spent most of our time there. We even managed to catch a bunch of fish from the canal. It was our friends first time in the Bradenton area and they cannot wait to come back with us next year. We highly recommend this property and hope to return in the future.

Great Location

We loved the location and the size of the home. Jets not working in the hot tub. Light out in the pool. This is not good when swimming at night. Biting gnats were awful may need to spray. Toilet rocks in half bath. Sheets in the master needs to be thrown away. No dresser in the master so we worked out of our suitcases. There were other issues but not worth mentioning.
