In addition to its unbeatable location, this property boasts charming coastal furnishings and a beautiful, screened-in patio and pool area surrounded by a palm tree paradise. Offering great separation, the kitchen, dining room, and living room still flow together with a fun, seaside vibe. The living room boasts plenty of seating so everyone can grab a seat around the Smart TV and watch all your favorite shows or movies. The kitchen comes equipped with all-new appliances and everything you will need to make your favorite home-cooked meals as well as a Coffee/Liquor bar. Nestled next to the kitchen, the dining room accommodates a table for eight. If you need to get some work completed, a fully equipped workstation has been set up in the third bedroom.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
