A garage, driveway and nearby open parking are included. Resort pools, golf, spa, fitness and sports amenities require an optional $642 access fee, reduced to $300 for stays of four months or longer. 3 THINGS TO NOTE
A digital rental agreement must be signed before arrival. You must provide a legal valid ID and a verification selfie.
For amenity access, a $642 fee is required if you want access. This includes all amenities including the golf course and the resort style pool (has Tiki bar hot tub, etc). If your stay is 4 months or longer, the fee is 300 dollars.
Dining and Tiki Bar. If you dine or drink at the on site restaurants or Tiki Bar, provide Member ID 4267A01 when paying.
- You pay for your own food and drinks.
- The Member ID ensures your spending is credited to the account.
- There is a $50 minimum food spend for every month of stay. If you are unable to spend $50 at the end of your stay, we will have to collect the fee and include it to the balance.
- It doesn't cost you extra to spend this, we just have a minimum spend as a member of the HOA and it helps us meet the requirement.
- The food options are excellent. Enjoy the Tiki bar and the sit-down restaurant Deke's , with both dine-in and carryout available. Whenever you make a purchase, please use Member ID 4267A01.
- Lakewood also requires you to send the IDs and phone numbers of the other guests staying. If the dependent does not have a DL, please provide some sort of identification (example Birth Certificate). Thank you!

The unit includes a one-car covered garage, which you are welcome to use at no additional cost. There are also additional uncovered open parking spaces approximately 10 steps away for any extra vehicles. You may also park in the driveway if needed. The condo entrance is conveniently located just steps from the garage, directly behind it.

Guest access
With the $642 amenity fee, guests have access to the entire community and all its amenities including the state of the art fitness center, the pools, the golf course (no limit on number of times guests can golf), the restaurants, etc.

Neighborhood
The neighborhood is quiet, residential, and mostly older owners!

Getting around
A car can be convenient , but you may not need it here. Enjoy a prime Lakewood National location within walking distance to the clubhouse , practice greens , and resort-style pool . One of the closest buildings to everything!

Other things to note
Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program - you're covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip, knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covers up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only; examples included linens, towels, and wine.

The home is regularly treated for pests. However, due to Florida's warm climate and proximity to the water, occasional pest sightings may occur despite routine treatments and do not necessarily indicate an infestation. Refunds or compensation will not be provided for occasional pest sightings.

Pack 'n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. As these items are shared across our units, we kindly ask that you request one, at the time of booking to confirm availability. Please note that not all listings include them, so we recommend checking the amenities list or reaching out to our team in advance for confirmation.

PLEASE NOTE:
Additional supplies may be available upon request but are not guaranteed. If you run out, nearby stores are easily accessible. Towels are provided for approximately the first 2-3 days of your stay - please use the in-unit washer and dryer if available to refresh them. If your unit does not include laundry, on-site facilities may be available (fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, subject to availability.

Please note that not all listings include laundry, so we recommend checking the amenities or reaching out to our team in advance to confirm.

- ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.
