The town is terrible high street is nothing like it use to be. The good thing in Braintree is all the history like Bradford st. And all around town. Plus pretty villages around.

Well laid out room. Perfect for my wife and I. Could do with more tea bags and milk and sugar but, thats a personal thing. Very comfy nights sleep and good choice of breakfasts to choose from. Courteous staff and attentive. Handy having a Toby Carvery opposite too.
