Two bedrooms with comfortable double beds, a stylish bathroom with a rain shower and double washbasin, and a bright living space with a sofa bed (for 1 adult or 1–2 children) form the heart of this apartment. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything for shared moments of enjoyment - from oven and dishwasher to Nespresso machine. Smart home, flat TV, WiFi, a personal safe. You can park in the underground car park or in front of the house, and there is also an electric charging station at the house. A ski room with shoe dryer is available to you in winter, and in summer there is a storage space for bicycles in the underground car park.

The apartment is located at the entrance of Brand - with a direct view of the golf course. Nature begins right outside the door, whether for skiing, hiking or golfing. The next bus stop is just a few steps away - so you are flexible when travelling, even without a car.
