3 level modern beach house with bedrooms and bathrooms on every floor. Large front and back decks for relaxing, laying out, entertaining and al fresco dining. Also a ground level patio deck and 3rd floor balcony deck.

Great house!

Property is great, multiple decks and floors make it super easy for more than one family to stay and still have a sense of privacy. Owner is very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time. Home was the perfect size for our party of 12. Only comment is I would have wanted more beach towels. Regardless, t was perfect!

Bright, beautiful house!

We stayed here for our wedding weekend and it was the perfect place for our bridesmaids to get ready the morning of the wedding and for our friends from out of town to crash the night of. Everyone was able to spread out when getting ready that day and we were able to do it without disturbing any of our out of town guests downstairs that had their children with them. Even though it rained the morning of the wedding, you'd never know from our photos getting ready at the house because of the big windows in front allowing for all the natural light to come in! Greg and Chrissy are fantastic hosts, everything immaculately clean and we can't recommend enough!

Wonderful house and location

This house was absolutely perfect for our family get together. The neighborhood was great and just a short walk to the beach. Greg was a wonderful host and made sure everything was easy. Thank you Greg for making our stay so wonderful!!

This home accommodated our large family gathering very nicely. We all had a great time, and loved the neighborhood. Convenient to everything. Greg was easy to communicate with, and the self-check-in process was very smooth.

Clean, Spacious & Close to the Beach

I think that this is the first summer rental that could comfortably accommodate all 11 of us; everyone loved their rooms and there was plenty of communal, as well as alone space! The kitchen was well appointed although, truth be told, there were so many great restaurants nearby than it saw mainly breakfast duty. We had a great week & came home loaded with shells; thanks Greg!

Great house for groups!

Beautiful, comfortable house for groups. Great for cooking and hanging out together. Close to beach, food, and fun activities in Branford. House is well appointed, beds were very comfortable - we had everything we needed.
